Best move and why? Best move and why?

From a recent match on GG. I came up with the wrong decision OTB. Looking at it after the fact with XG I have ideas as to why top play is right and everything else is a whopper.

Want to see if my thinking coincides with other players. What's your move here and what positional features lead you to your play?

White - Pips 119. Match Score 6/7 (C)

Black - Pips 116. Match Score 4/7 (C)
Black to Play 6-5

Making the ace point is out for me because of the blot that would stay on the barpoint.
7/2 7/1 is the short-term safe play, but we will still have to move those back men at some point.

Despite the risk, I go with 22/11. We'll probably have some return shots if hit. Note that I probably wouldn't have picked this move over the board.

Seems to me that leaving the anchor leads to an untakeable double. Making the 1point is maybe best. Being hit could be favourable, because of the timing. At a later stage black could be forced to leave his anchor, leaving one man as prey behind, which even could lead to being gammoned.

It's the Crawford Game, so no doubling is happening.

Whatever. I have already been peeking. My paranoia at the board seems to be a reflection of that in real life.

Effective DMP I'm jumping for sure. Important at DMP to keep checkers flowing and capitalize on your race advantage. You also still have a 4 point board, so it's good to run while your opponent will still have something to fear.
