There is this page
BackgammonAce Games Download
that allows download games from BackgammonAce site.

The games are in XG format, but probably GNU-compatible as well.

I happened to use another tool to download games from bgace, but it is currently down.

So probably this one will be helpful, in case you did not know about it.
