With all due respect, as you do run this forum, not sure if your questions is rhetorical, condescending, or just plain ignorant of how to capitalize an internet gaming site. My 5 year old can name a dozen reasons why BG would manipulate dice. Here's two; make money for the insiders on the gambling side of the business; and two, have a player stare at the screen while he dances on the bar and the opponent closes him out, then has to wait another 5 minutes while the opponent cleans up his blots. Having those eyeballs is money in the bank, and double money if someone is simply watching an opponent play for 5 minutes.
What you should be asking is why isn't there a resign button that with no penalty for the actual resignation? Why isn't the luck rating attached to the user for everyone to see? I'd start there if i was trying to build credibility. Instead, we have to listen to all the Olsen-twins ask "why", or some BG employee tell us that 6-2, 1-4 and 4-2 is random.
And I'm not stating the dice are rigged. I have no idea. but the motive is certainly there, and the optics suggest there is a fish smell.
