It take forever to start a game, then at the end of the game it take forever to get access to analysis, then it take forever to see the ratings change. A guy on Facebook claim he lost a game because the app refused to take his move, then he lost on time. Before asking for a monthly fee, maybe the Galaxy team should begin by fixing all the bugs and leaks on the app. What a shame. Time for Marc Olsen to go on retirement home !!!

I don't play on Galaxy but from what I hear about V2 as a IT guy I would like to see the testing strategy (and similar papers) from Galaxy. I suspect this could be one of the shortest papers I'ver ever seen

Signed on this eve. Waited 4 rounds of searching for opponent for routine 7 point match. Gave up.
Then tried a meager 1 point match — no opponents found in a couple of tries. I signed out and went to Studio.
Galaxy is now Abysmal.

Yes, it take way too long to start a match, which was not the case before. But some people are dumb enough to take Marc Olsen defense on this forum. The problem is most people just play the stupid ''coin game'', so fewer people to play matches and even less people to play casual matches. So, I am force to play faster matches, get in time trouble, make stupid mistakes on time trouble and now my rating and my PR are trash. Even if I win the PR, if I lose the game I lose rating points which was not the case on the old site. Also, a lot of people don't ask for a rating conversion and are way too much under rated. They screw up the rating system which is now unreliable.
