I'd again slot the 9pt over the hit with 13/7 8/3*. Attack is too committing as it disconnects and almost loose our outfield control, while we stand behind a sound blocking structure. Yes, White has a blot inside the homeboard, but in case of exchange (she hits on our 3pt or bar, and we hit back), we have 4(!) guys behind a wall of White's outfield points and we have just slight chance to blitz. Even if we put 2 up and build, say, a 4pt board, she will have plenty of time to come in and secure an anchor of sort, before we can escape and come around to finish the attach (again - 4 guys behind!).
9pt slot prepares for attack (or prime), keeps outfield control, escapes a back man. White's hits are not that strong, since she has that home board blot.
