I'd try 21/18, 13/7

Reasons:

I prefer to get hit outside than inside
White is stripped. Any hit yields some returns shots from the bar (maybe lots)
Distribution looks good if I am missed
And we are missed ~45% of time (the minimum for a double shot)

I guess I'll try 2* and 18. Play with just one blot and actually gives you a chance for something good to happen

It's 18 and 7 for me. Even though we've made the ace-point so blitzing is a better game plan than usual, I don't like 8/2*, breaking a useful point and leaving two blots.

When you hit loose in your board, you generally want to do it with spares, ideally from a stacked point. Breaking a good point to hit loose is a play for desperate situations, which isn't the case here.
