I'm guessing the computer likes B/21 6/5? There is extra incentive to play that at the score since if you get into a position where your opponent wins a lot of gammons, he doesn't get to use the cube as effectively. Also it does duplicate 4s and 3s pretty well. But I don't think many humans are playing this over the board.
21 and 5 is one of the first plays I looked at, honestly. I have been very torn between all three of 21 and 5, 24 and 8, and 20. They all have merit. On balance, I do think that one of the plays where you enter with the 4 will end up right. I just can't stand putting that third guy on 24 and stripping the 8. It's just such an ugly, inflexible position.
