Both players give commentary as they play. Phil Simborg and others also comment, but with too many cooks, the result is often an unorganized cacophony. The remarks by Falafel and Mochy are good.

In case you have not seen Mochy on TwitchTV before, I recommend watching a few of his past matches. Mochy gives live commentary as he plays, and also analyzes with XG at the end. This makes for some of the best backgammon video I have ever seen.
