Ok, the best play here is leaving only 11 shots: 6/4 2/1

My question is to compare the next 2 plays, one of which is almost as good as the 1st play and much better than the 3rd play.

Those are in some random order: 13/10 and 13/11 2/1.

They leave different number of shots and different opportunities.
What is your choice between those 2 and why?

It seems like you prefer to have a checker on the 10 vs. the 11 because it bears on the 4 point and you prefer to have a checker on the 2 vs. the 1 because the 2 is the better point and easier to cover, so 13/10 should be considerably better than 13/11 2/1. (Or there's something I'm missing.)

Over the board, I probably wouldn't even bother to count the shots here.
