What's the most significant change from this forum? - Page 3 - Religion, God, and Theology

I'm not 100% sure, but I think he's saying that 'created the universe' is all that is required for something to be correctly labelled a God. He's not suggesting that everything which satisfies that is identical to everything else which satisfies the definition. In other words, both of the things you listed here are Gods, but they are distinct from each other.

Similarly 2 and 3 are both prime numbers - they both meet the definition of "A natural number, greater than 1 with no divisors other than themselves and 1", even though they have additional properties which are distinct.

I have a quesiton, lots of threads have been moved from SMP to RGT but have mods ever moved a thread from RGT to SMP?

I doubt it - probably a function of how the forum came about. A number of SMP regulars were upset at the focus on religion so they said "Let's make a subforum where any thread mentioning God or Religion gets put. Everything else can stay here."

I figure there's a certain proportion of off-topic posts in any forum which could technically be moved but which dont in the interests of maintaining a sense of community. This is an unusual situation where one forum has been created specifically to house such off-topic posts.
