what does he control, does he care for well being of humans, there r so many un answered question, does any body have any idea, pls explain

As everybody says GOD did create humans, why in this world would he allow them to fight among themselves n kill each other, why u have to see so many wars all over the world every day.

how do u define a character, do u think ur born with a character or acquire during course of ur life, there r so many factors which do influence a persons character, who controls that nobody knows, if god controls then there is nothing to act based on his character.
