You have to close your eyes, take off your socks and shoes, and get somewhere quiet for a few minutes. If you have good posture then good for you but pretend you don’t for a minute and focus really hard on feeling those core muscles. Use the thumb and index finger of each hand to open up the nostrils to allow as much air flow as possible and breathe in real deep through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Do this several times at a somewhat steady interval. After every few breaths continue to focus on your core muscles and try incorporating the two into one “thought”.

When you can do this extend your arms outward palms down and make fists, squeezing hard. Still squeezing, take a few moments again to try and incorporate the feeling of the core muscles with the mind also focused on the pressure now being created in the fists. Continue to breathe deep and eyes closed.

Eventually you’ll lose notice of everything other than the feeling of pressure created by the fists that exists out and away from the blackness of your mind. It’s a trip.

Remember to keep breathing deep, it’s what gets you high and gives you a clearer perception of this.

What is this Minds Eye? How did I get it? And why? This I do not know.

A video game could not simulate a better effect than the one that our world gives. Maybe analyzing our three-dimensional world and the video game world can help us understand why we don’t push ourselves to the limits that we would if we were controlling our characters as an outsider.

What would the goal of this world be?

If you as the outsider could take over the intellect of your video game character in this world, would you be pushing yourself more than the real you does now? Probably. But what would you be doing? What missions would you try to conquer?
