I did agree with this statement ~ 34:00 into the film:

"Modern Christianity makes no sense".

...and yes, "atheists are evil".

Most of these documentaries are going to be accepted by some and hopefully debunked by others, I liked it.

I happened to enjoy it even though most of the information wasn't groundbreaking or anything that you can't find out for yourself.

The guy who did the Trekkie documentary just put out something called "the nature of existence" it is not anti Christianity or anything but a good documentary about religion/beliefs none the less.

Unfortunately, this documentary had numerous "errors", so I posted one of the very few statements I agreed with!

Almost 12 minutes in, the narrator states in ignorance something like "...and the other three (gospels) are clearly derived from Mark." Oh, really?

Shaul ("Paul") does quote Yeshua in 1 Cor 11:24-25 because "eating Yeshua's flesh and drinking his blood" was a central teaching to the talmidim.

Shaul also mentions Pontius Pilate in 1 Tim 6:13.

"Paul doesn't know the story of Jesus" - oh, really? What about 1 Cor 15:1-11?

Hebrews 8:4 is taken out of context.

The above just "corrects" a few obvious "errors" that come to mind. Maybe I only enjoyed it ( maybe I did lol at least once! ) because of the "egregious errors".

Of course, it's best to look up everything on Wikipedia or just check things out on "bible gateway"; and yes, "atheism is evil!"

The videos from closertotruth.com ( someone on RGT mentioned this years ago ) are more interesting:

Included among the plethora of "errors", IMHO, this was the most noteworthy egregious "error": the narrator misunderstands the true meaning of being "born from above": "immersion" doesn't normally happen on pews ( and he was not "immersed in the Ruach HaKodesh" ).

That's not entirely his fault ( more likely the faulty teaching he received ), but he's a grown man now ( albeit "apostate" ) although he never found the truth about something the talmidim of Yeshua knew quite well. Yes, "atheism is evil!"

No, "atheists are evil" is something to get the attention of those who are trying to define both "atheism" and "evil" ( and to some extent, the meaning of "being" ), to those that are in opposition to the truth and to those who are in opposition to Hashem. Yes, "atheists are evil!"

All right, here is a "review" of that "documentary" given by the OP at tektonics.org ( even though I don't agree with some of what that site says ):

http://www.tektonics.org/gk/godthere.html

It only took about a minute of "googling" and clicking; of course, there wasn't much response to the OP because it wasn't much of a "documentary" - maybe it's more like a "mock-you-mentary".

I might be "evil" in your eyes ( however deep in "darkness" or "blindness" you may be ) but I am "bigpooch", not "BigPooch". Either learn how to spell correctly, or get better glasses!
