The 2004 Indonesian tsunami alone killed almost a quarter-million people instantly, including innocent babies and children. How exactly can this be described as God being "good"?
We may be able to try to blame God for moral evils but not for natural disasters.
To me evil has to have an evil intent and nature does not have intent at all. It just does things mindlessly.
Speaking of mindlessly though, mankind allows about 6 million people to starve yearly so ------.
The problem with God in that equation is not direct. it is the fact that we have not learned to rely on mankind only and have our minds in the clouds thinking that some imaginary super God is in charge and things are going by his non existing plan.
I like nothing better than to discredit that genocidal maniac but unfortunately, natural disasters are off my radar.
