I think she sticks around and 'debates' just enough not to get banned.

However, if I was a mod, I'd be looking for any excuse to ban her due to her inability to use the quite function properly, her terrible colour scheme of her threads (wtf is that about, seriously?), and her publicly announcing every time she puts a poster on ignore. She's really quite terrible on a number of levels.

Depends on the situation. People can request a reinstatement and after a few months are sometimes let back in (generally up to the mod who banned them), albeit with a short leash or with restrictions on where they post.

Easiest way to tell is to ask a mod to infract you, or force them to do so through bad behavior, and then you'll see what it's like.
