Ive read about that. Its messed up atheists would want chaplains. But given the ostracization that is often put towards atheists in the US military its kind of understandable they would want someone who understands them to confide in.

ATF is a total waste of time when it comes to complaining about forum policies, or the conduct of mods, or anything else that is perceived to be negative.

The usual progression is:
1) complain about a mod
2) a bunch of "what did the mod say when you pm'ed him?" replies
3) mods jump in to defend their own
4) get trolled mercilessly by a dozen different people
5) get banned
