Not only was "In God We Trust" more of a cold war BS equivalent that the Ruskies were soulless infidels, but also the "One Nation Under God" line in the Pledge of Allegiance as well. Even though the pledge was written by a preacher who did not think nationalism should be mingled with religion. Obviously Jeebus didn't either.

I think the title change has more to do with Splendour's complaining in Jib's "Good Old Days" thread about there being an "odious" atheist-only thread and a theist-only prayer thread stickied in this forum. Apparently these kinds of threads don't really jibe with the forum's latest rules.
