"Faith" is the excuse you have been given for believing unsupported fairy tales.

Among the deliberately crafted tools of Priestcraft and its drones, the phrase "you must have faith" at one end of the spectrum, and the unprovable threat of burning in hell after death on the other end of the spectrum accounts for many "Christians". Infant baptism and other forms of forced conscription and peer pressure account for most of the rest.

It is part of a "pitch".

How can you compare the son of god to humans? Humans were sinful since the moment they were conceived, Christ was not. - Psalm 51:5

Do you think the baby is sinful because he wants to eat, or wants his mother to pick him up?

What is his sin?

I think not following the word of god to the fullest is the start of sin. And any human child born is unable to do that.

Adam and Eve were the only exception because god created them sinless, they chose to turn away from that.

And by the "word of god" do you mean the Holy Bible?

The holy bible is gods word and gift to us which can never be tainted or destroyed or altered in any way.- basically quoted from the end of revelations.

Are you satisfied in the way the Holy Bible was communicated to mankind?

Are you satisfied that it was never "tainted or destroyed or altered in any way"?

What is your understanding of the process by which we received it?

If these questions are too much, let me know and I will stop.

The Jews said that in deuteronomy 13:1.

And put it in the Mitzvot.

580. Not to add to the Torah commandments or their oral explanations Deut. 13:1

581. Not to diminish from the Torah any commandments, in whole or in part Deut. 13:1

It didn't work someone altered stuff.

God has allowed the bible to be communicated in many diff. ways so that anyone who wishes to understand could do so. Its been released in diff languages and it has been "dumbed down" in diff. variations so that everyone could understand. The context of the words has stayed the same tho.

The truth has always been there for all who wish to listen and that will never change, i dont see how he would do it any other way. So one has to be satisfied.

Everyone receives the truth in their own way and at their own time which is just another way of god making us diff. than each other. One might say "special" ,idk. That last question is a little out of my league.

Was the Holy Bible delivered intact to mankind?

over the couse of history god has used man to deliver the words of the bible, and Jesus confirmed everything that was written. Some of the bible are actually letters written by man.

When was the Holy Bible assembled in the form that we recognize it now?
(the content, not the binding)

I never really thought about this. One would think that it was put together as God revealed it. The fact that we knew the 10 commandments before Jesus was born should confirm this.

I understand that you have never really thought about it.

They don't discuss it in Sunday School, Church, or Bible Study.

Are you sure that you want to continue?

Take a break and watch this video first.

Is it too much the work of the devil to watch?

You don't have to watch it if you don't want to.

Just tell me so I know if you have or have not watched it.

I understand that you probably didn't like the f-words in there, and I apologize if any of your loved ones overheard it.

It is regarded by many as an excellent performance.

The movie is Glengarry Glen Ross, and it is based on a Broadway play.

The point is, that scene was never part of the Broadway play. It was added just for the movie. It was added to make the story more realistic, more believable, and more entertaining.

Are you aware of the parts of the Bible that are known to have been added after the fact?

The bible is not a play or a movie, it is gods word. Please explain why it is you compare a movie or a play to the bible.

I figure everything in the bible was not added to the text until after the fact of it happening.

This thread has been derailed.

I sense that it would be too traumatic to continue.

Thank you for your participation. You are OK.

I will make my points in another thread.
