HR bill 3200 states that a device may be implanted in all americans by 2013,
It does not outright say RFID.
Any thoughts on the matter?

a) The HR Bill 3200 was never passed
b) It didn't say this. It said that the Department of health and human services could run a registry which collected data regarding devices patients had voluntarily been implanted with during surgery.

This was evident after about 45 seconds of research, and another 2 minutes of verifying the veracity of said research. And I'm not even bloody American.

I swear internet memes is an excellent reminder of how false and irrational religious beliefs can spread like wildfire.
