They donate money to people, because they are supposedly religious and supposedly have a "strong connection to God". And these people then turn around, steal the money, lie and rape. All of this is harmful AND nonsense.

How many Atheists do you see promising their soon-to-be followers eternal life, health, a new car, happiness or success in their line of work?
You comparing the two is dishonest, but that's my biggest problem with you "religious" folks; not only are you not honest with yourselves, you won't let a chance slip to lie and manipulate in order to cover up the truth.
You just did that.

Again, once you see atheist "miracle workers" dive deep into the pockets of ex-Christians and lie, steal and manipulate in the name of Atheism, well, then you can compare the two. Until then, you will remain what you are; a grown up man trying to accuse others of being evil, because they stopped believing in your version of Santa. Hilarious and ridiculous.
Stay on topic please

This statement is false. Completely false.

Ever see the anti-Christian billboards around December?

This is about as wrong as a statement can be.

It's only a minor rebellion against two thousand years of forcing Christian propaganda onto an otherwise perfectly good mid-winter festival.

Have you seen all the pro-Christian messages around December?

All those religious overtones really ruin Christmas. At least these days we're getting more of the commercialism back into it.

Unfortunately, yes. And you know better than to make absolute statements ITF.

I'm not going to preface everything I say with "of course there are exceptions..." just for the slow folks who want to nitpick every single thing possible.

It's possible if they are intuitive thinkers; if not, you can't argue them out as they won't understand it, nor will they even think like that. One of the ways of putting a hole in person's delusions is to show the mistakes as then there will be doubt, and with doubt, they might get saved, though they will have to save themselves, but you have some possibility of giving them that hole and in time they might drop out of their bubble through that hole by taking a note that some things more there are nonsense and so they wake up still more. Their minds are not free but brainwashed, and all you can do is try to give them a small piece of doubt; they won't change but they will then have it and have at least a chance. On the other hand, what bad it's doing to them and what good it's doing to them, that they live in a dream? To some people it's a way to survive, get healed, and it's because they follow good things, even if it happens in a state of delusion. To some people it's very bad and they get harmed in their delusion as they have too little doubt and the things they follow are possibly not good.

If I simply read this paragraph I would honestly think you were trying to convert people to Christianity.
