While this is true, on what basis do you decide whether the person delivering the message is or is not actually speaking for God? You've given no indication that you've tested the spirits or anything. You've even quoted people who have prophesied things that we know are false.
Also, it's worth noting that there are very few Christian traditions in which a speaker presumes to actually be speaking as Jesus, as in "Thus says the Lord" is typically heretical unless it is a saying attributed directly to Jesus (or God the Father) in Scripture. I'm not even sure that people would say "Thus says the Lord" and quote Paul.
