Pardon me if I sound noobish here as it is my first time posting in RGT. I glanced through a couple threads and was curious about the general feelings of 2+2 towards religion and belief in a god. I stopped believing personally a long time ago and don't understand how people with a decent level of education and scientific understanding can believe in any god.

I know the majority of people are still catching up in education, even in 1st world countries, so there is a slight explanation. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to say that belief=stupidity. I am trying to understand the reasoning and wondering if we are heading towards a godless world somewhere down the line. I look forward to your responses. Thx RGT

The majority of poll respondents here in RGT seem to be atheists. As do roughly 2/3 of the posters.
