Honestly, i’m into spiritualism alot. I meditate occasionally to sense my soul and increase my inner energy. Improve it, control it, project it to gain some telekinesis and psychokinesis skills as well as master lucid dreaming and astral projection. However, i usually come to a day that i have strong sexual energy which i can not rid of it except by sex, or masturbating. The libido is so distracting to my mind and thinking, i can not rid of the sexual thinking or do anything else until i rid of this sexual energy.

So what i do is, i do twice and then everything becomes O.K. However, this puts me down because i feel Oh Lord, i have wasted my efforts towards meditation since after masturbating i feel weak inside, lazy, laid down, i’m not willing to start meditating and feel the energies and try to project it, etc. I feel my awareness of the surroundings gets reduced to a level that i do not feel the pulse of the third eye. But after days everything gets back to its normal state. However, after masturbating i feel i’m taking myself backward. If i have not masturbated, i would have improved faster.

My sperm is pretty energetic, so losing it definitely takes away some of my "inner energy". i swear it might be luminous sometimes.

one must rather, embrace that potent sexual energy, own it..and transmute the perceived blockage of that particular energy center, so that its potential may be realized by and through your other energy centers, so that they may better function as a whole.

do not entertain the notion that your perceived "sexual imbalance" is out of your control, or that it is external to what you are, or that it is a hindrance.
on the contrary, this is merely another catalyst that will propel you through to a new dimension of understanding..through embracing that instinctual energy center.

objectively, you only sense the act of physically releasing this energy as weakening, because of the perception that the need for release is weakening.
it is not, it is natural.
when one is in conscious union with that which is truly You, one will know when the flesh suit needs to RELEASE, and one need not engage in excessive flogging of the mule.
since one knows what and when is necessary..one can rest in that Knowing, and thus feel no "weakening" if one is led to tug the tiger.
