Could Universalism, Annihilationism, and Torment all be mutually correct? Could Universalism, Annihilationism, and Torment all be mutually correct?

If we accept that if who you are as a person is destroyed, 'you' are, essentially and literally, being destroyed; then dramatically changing or replacing a person's personality is a form of annihilation. If God destroys their personality, who they are, God is destroying them. Just as sure if you were to hit someone with an electric shock so then they have severe amnesia, and play the violin professionally all of the sudden after being an accountant for 23 years.

So if God transforms you completely from who you are as a person into what he designs, he is destroying you. He is annihilating 'you'.

You could also consider that the removal of who you are is not something you would personally appreciate (you probably resent God for doing it, you like who you are), and or mechanically enjoy having done to you (spiritually painful, perhaps). And this allows for it to be a 'punishment' at the same time as a transformation, and an 'annihilation' of you.

So could universalism, annihilationism, and torment all be true, but not on an individual basis, rather all combined as a purification/transformation of the wicked, by God?

sure it could be, but this just seems like another ad hoc rationalisation to me.
