I am going to assume the war you are talking about is the combination of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Did you know our ex-commander in chief already declared victory? About a month after OIF started, if I remember correctly. I don't think war is a good word to describe what happened in 2003, because it evokes an image of 2 armies fighting battles where there is some doubt about the outcome. I think slaughter would be a better word. What has happened in Iraq and Afghanistan since is definitely not a war, it's an occupation with insurgency.

America spends more money on the military than the next several countries combined. Those next several countries have no interest in attacking America. If you think America is about to fall, because we don't "win" the so-called war, you are the one living in a fantasy bubble, pal.

Key leaders still at large recruiting more to their cause.
America is growing weaker economically, weak minded americas like you are falling in to Jihadist propaganda, and they eneny is quietly growing stronger.
None of those things are winning.
America will go broke and be forced to leave.
Half weak minded in america will be convience to hate their own country, freedom and life.
While the terriorist will celebrate their victory and continue to grow in number and resolve.
