Because they fail to implement the plan. It is hard and takes discipline. Add the fact that most people hate exercise, and just refuse to walk 45 minutes a day even if it will improve many, many systems in the body, including mood and energy, and the sedentary thing is just a prescription for wait gain in societies where food, and the wrong kind of it, is abundant.

This is the situation. There is nothing more to say.
Why did you come back to the darkness?

He goes into the darkness ahead of the flock, prepares the path, and then returns to establish his kingdom in the world. This is what has been written from the beginning on every man’s heart.

So you're the savior?

There is only one way to the promised land. The good sheep who listens to the call becomes the good shepherd. The good shepherd is the good sheep.

And the true believer of magic stories from thousands of years ago of the mass killer god is a barbarian worthy of the doctrine. Actually, though, it is only indoctrination which blinds them to their own morality, and in substituting the barbaric one for their own judgment ... the sheep becomes the barbarian.

A peasant who is unwilling to get his hands dirty is not moral just because he criticizes the king and those who respect the throne. In a fallen kingdom, the prince answers the call to come into being and restores the kingdom. If that prince instead acts like the critical peasant, then he is immoral, and the king has him under control.

You could sooner get 2+2=4 out of the head of the indoctrinated than you could the whole "salvation" gimmick. IT WAS MADE UP ... an ingenious religious design no doubt, THEN IT WAS SOLD ... and the reality of the whole idea couldn't have been more manipulative and corrupt. But it became presumed to be an actual thing via the indoctrination trap, and therefore, with that lurking at the bottom of the "Is this religion actually true?" question, the pre-ordained answer is, "I can't go there. It's too fundamental. I have surrendered to that idea." And that's the mind on Christianity.
