So the damages these plaintiffs are claiming, consist of "emotional distress". After they got paid and accepted it to do whatever they did. This looks to me like they are just looking for some more gravy. These suits should be totally thrown out, and Long can face the consequences from his own organization (which should include the board firing him if true), but not from the legal system.

A whore who is in jail for stealing from a church makes a claim that they were paid for sex. Really? Let the church deal with the guy but this doesn't need to clog up the court system.

Not sure what you were quoting, but my understanding is that at least 3 of them were over the age of consent (16 in GA), and maybe all 4. Being minors probably doesn't figure in to it.

I don't think this ever gets to court.
