BTW, it's spelled "sequitur."
I would've had to read it if you hadn't crow barred it into a thread where it didn't belong to push an agenda against Ehrman, luckily that's no longer an issue.

On topic: A common criticism I have seen against Ehrman is that he diverges a bit in his popular work from the opinions expressed in his scholarly work. From what I have seen (which is, admittedly, not much) this seems at least to be a charge worth taking seriously.

pro tip: resorting to correcting grammatical and/or spelling mistakes is the last gasp of the person with no argument left.

Yawn.

I presented an opposing view-point to Ehrman's and apparently that
got your panties all in a wad.

Your lame rhetoric is laughable. I correct your spelling, and you assume
it's because I have no argument left? ROFL. Is that all you got?

The funnier thing is, you accuse me of turning threads into a
pissing contest, and you're the one doing the pissing.

Your posts get more and more desperate as you grasp at more and more straws.

Just quit. Bottom line, don't bring your agendas into threads where they have no place. Oh and it seems as if the Mods agree with me considering they deemed this worthy of its own thread

a funny thing, that.

Sure, textual crit is always going to be a subject that has the possibility to offend someone, but since he doesn't push any agenda on the subject of the truth of Christianity that makes him neutral as far as I'm concerned.

Coincidentally a video of Ehrman arguing with an atheist mythicist appeared in my Youtube feed today.
