What i "need to know" is a) why you think that and b) why what you think has any weight whatsoever since you have no first-hand knowledge of the situation, and 100% of your 2nd-hand knowledge is in direct contradiction to your statement.
In the simplest terms I can think of: Why was he wrong and how do you know?
