Ok, what do you see? There is a body, there is breathing, there are thoughts, there are feelings, everything is real. But where are YOU, what is that? What you call your self refers to nothing real. It is only another thought.

I see the things you mention. But the "self" for me is not a thought, it is a feeling, a sense that I exist, a set of experiences and impressions that feel unique to "me". Just like a cow has an impression of being that particular cow, I have an impression of being this particular human. How does one get to enlightenment from here?

yea its a feeling based on fiction, see that its a fiction and you no longer see it.where exactly is it? if you were to pinpoint the self where is it?

nobody knows what goes on in a cows head, it probably barely has that impression, nothing like a human does anyway.

yea you could do it the hard way, medidate for 40 years and hope something clicks, or just look to see you dont exist. Looking isnt actually that hard.

You can see that in ten seconds. If you focus now and look closely, what do you see right now. There is breathing, your hands maybe typing on keyboard, there are thoughts about how you don´t believe you don´t exist. Go on. It is simple. No real you anywhere.

no no no your not actually looking, seriously all your doing is emptying your thoughts. Thats just kind of pretending to yourself that there is no self. But you actually have to look, and not try and pretend to yourself you are enlightened.

no cause you are acknowledging a you that doesnt want to exist, once you see that all there is is life and not that you, then you see the truth of reality.

There is no point in your life, there is no point in my life, there is no point in ANYONES life , BUT the difference between you and someone who actually looks to see that they dont exist is that you believe that there is a you that there is no point to . Whereas I see its a just a life.

No thats not the same. You have to see the truth for your self. This is not about belief or what do you want. This is about look and describe the truth. Write here exactly what is happening when you look at yourself. What do you see. Where is yourself? How do you know, that yourself is real.
