Ship the list obviously! I have talked my wife into starting the eight week program from the Umass Med Center Stress Clinic that is in the book "Full Catastrophe Living" and the "Guided Mindfulness Meditation" by Jon Kabat-Zinn Ph.D. I have no doubt what we are doing is nice, but I am pretty jealous sir. Hopefully, I can have a similar opportunity someday.

Everyone should join the "Splendour is on my ignore list" club. If enough people join it, we basically have a forum free of Splendour.

"You keep saying things that are false, inflammatory, and outrageous. There is nothing wrong with being ignorant as long as you are making an effort to learn."

This will never change.

Splendour, I cannot see your messages. That is why it is called an "ignore list".

Of course, if your message is not directed at me, feel free to ignore this post.
