I was after a 215 stake for the million this week.I'm a predomintely live player cash and tournament and have taken down the 300 wed nite tourney at my local casino 1nce for 12 k chop and i play 1/2 4 times a week. Unfortunely i bought a new car lol so i dont really have 215 to be throwing around as i dont have a job and use poker for a job..I have never played the million and would be interested in trying..I took 2nd yesterday in the 4 max $55 on stars for 1.1k but had to cash out for general living expenses i.e gettin pissed and eating..I'm willing to do make up to pay back 110 of the 215 over the next month PM if interested

Hello. My name is Jeff and I am a successful part time poker player as well as sports handicapper. I am not only seasoned at many types of games and different limits, but I don't tilt and I always play rationally and strategically to the best of my abilities.

I am looking to play pretty much any type of game for any limit you are comfortable in staking me in. I am not specific in the type of game you'd like to stake me in and the amount, as I am very comfortable playing many types of games and limits.

For cash games, I enjoy playing NL and Omaha High/Low the best. For MTT's, i can easily play ANY type of tournament, big or small. For SNG's, the sky is the limit. My strategy is superb and is very profitable.

Here are my MTT results: http://officialpokerrankings.com/pok...9CAB1.html?t=2

I have not played any MTT's recently online, but for the amount of time i've put in.. Its safe to say I've made a pretty decent profit.

ROI: 121%
ITM: 32/128
ITM%: 25%

Avg. Finish
Early 4% (10%)
EM 13% (20%)
Mid. 42% (40%)
ML 23% (20%)
Late 18% (10%)

If given the opportunity to play higher stakes, I can capitalize on many profitable MTT opportunities that Pokerstars offers EVERY day. I am flexible in my play, and I can play for hours on end (16+ hour poker day's are not foreign ground for me, lol). I am very capable, period.

I don't have much preference in the particular site you'd like me to play on, but I do enjoy playing on Pokerstars as they provide and offer the best action around.

I have A LOT of experience both playing online and live CASH, SNG, and MTT games. I multi-table all the time and I am a Short-Handed specialist. I travel to Las Vegas to play poker as well at casino's such at the Wynn, Venetian, Ceasars Palace, Bellagio, MGM.. so on and so forth.

I'm extremely seasoned at many games: Limit Holdem (upwards of 100/200), No Limit Hold em (upwards of 10/20 NL & PL), Omaha High (upwards of 5/10 NL & PL), and Omaha High/Low (upwards of 5/10 NL & PL). I've also had a lot of experience and success playing
high buy in MTT's (upwards of $1,000) and SNG's (upwards of $555) during my poker playing career.

I first started playing poker sites such as Intertops.com (cashed out 70K in less than a year), PartyPoker (played sparringly, but cashed out 35K in less than a year), and Pokerstars where I play now (cashed out 15K in a few months).

I have not included my live cash game winnings as I have never kept track, but I DO know I have won quite a bit. =)

Please contact me for more details and information if you are interested in working out something that we are both comfortable in agreeing upon. We can work out the details together. Thanks for your time!

Just for people who are interested in taking in the whole picture, here is the final comment on the matter from one of the owners of the site where Stuman was staked....

He disappeared completely and refused to respond or make contact with anyone here until people actually started tracking him down on other sites. This happened over a period of months.

I guess stuman thought he could burn that bridge and maintain himself through private backing. What a dumb calculation because lo and behold he know comes crawling back after obviously losing his private support, hoping to re-insert himself into this community and get his backing restored.

Not only is this a ROLLING, it's just down right insulting to his stakers, to the site in general and to myself as one of the owners.

Stuman has to be on crack if he thinks I am going to let him continue using this site after that.

I think he realizes how he ****ed up royally because as DAP and others have pointed out, if he had just run his BAP like normal and respected his stakers, he'd be selling BAPS worth tens of thousands of dollars right now.

Not only is stuman a piece of crap, but he's an idiot.

sup guys, my name is David (ldo). I'm a 19 year old student @ UCF in Orlando. I'm predominantly a MTT player and although I've been focusing on cash a lot more lately, I feel like MTTs are definitely where I can make my backers the most money. I'm looking for any type of MTT stake $10 or more - from the FTP $10 45 SnG's (which I've had strong success in - any2sooted and DavidTth on FTP and stars) up to the big Sunday tournaments. I'm extremely flexible, easy-going, and hilarious and willing to enter a lot of different type of stakes with whatever my backer feels comfortable doing - just let me know. I'm just looking to get back in the swing of online poker since I liquidated all my roll and took a lot of time off to pay for school and try to do well. I'm back and ready to roll. Let me know!

Looking for another stake on AP. I have a 53% roi with 42/223 cashes in mtt in the last year and overall cashes of $20,286.28. I am looking for a stake to the 3-30 rebuys and other can be discussed.

I cashed in the last 2 $150k guarantees and the last 2 75k guarantees. I am a solid horse and can provide solid reference.

Hi,

I'm poor student who's looking for staking due some failed shots at higher limits, drunken play and bills I had to pay with poker earnings. I have been studying my 6-max game alot past months and lately started studying for MTTs. From MTTs I don't have any results since I haven't played those seriously ever before. 6-max has always been my maingame and I feel comfortable playing NL50 and NL100. Never really played any higher because I always had to withdraw before I got into that level.

This summer I got tons of freetime to put into poker so I'm looking to play alot hands through summer holiday and hoping to climb up atleast few levels.

My recent results from past couple months:

NL25 games are all euros so it's 610$~.

So I'm looking staking at NL50/NL100 first and maybe add some low buyin tournaments at the schelude. I'm willing to give detailed reports after each session and keep staker updated as often he want's.

If you are intrested contact me via pm and I will give you msn/aim.

Hi,

I am looking for backing on poker stars in MTT's $11 - $215 and WSOP steps sats, at any step from 1 - 5. I don't know if there is a tracking site for the steps sats but I have won one WSOP step6 and an EPT step 6 to monte carlo and have reached 6 step 6's in total from step 3 or lower with 4 cashes.

My overall record in MTT's on poker stars is ok but 2008 has been much improved mainly thanks to this site where I have lurked for a long time. This is demonstrated by my improved OPR stats.

http://www.officialpokerrankings.com...1BB0F.html?t=2

Please look at the full year tracking for 2008 not just the last 120 days as it presents a much better view.

If anyone is interested in backing me then please feel free to pm me for more details or anything else you would like to know.

Cheers

Paul

Looking for a backer on Full Tilt Poker for me to play 25NL. Built up a nice bankroll from $50 to $150 on NL10 even with the high rake. However, it quickly dropped due to poor bankroll management by rolling in several MTT's and playing some $6 SNG's while I was on a "heater." Well the $6 SNG's abruptly stopped the heater and took a large chunk of my bankroll.

Since, I have been reading and soaking in 2+2 and decided to give 25NL a good with tactics seen in many of the videos posted. I play a simple TAG as promoted on the forums and can be quite profitable when my MTT dreams don't get in the way.

I can provide my FTP name and contact info. If staked, I would strictly play 25NL, 4-table and we could have frequent updates. I already have observed some 50k 25NL hands and want to get set to play.

Here is a sharkscope graph of some SNG's played.

Hello,

I just moved from Orlando (2 years there) to Baltimore. I financed the move and moving into my new townhouse in the Federal Hill part of Baltimore with my poker roll. Ive kept $100 online and right now its about $80.

I would love the opportunity to be rolled for either low buying MTT's or NL50. I typically played NL50 for quite a long time as well as was playing NL100 when I removed my roll. The roll at the time was around $5k (just over). I believe I can get SOME stats on cash games from PT3. I deleted PT2 when PT3 came out and lost the 600k hands on PT2 (just started fresh and deleted the DB.)

I think the most intriguing for a potential backer would be me playing low level MTT's. Though I wont be able to play NEARLY as much as if I were to play cash. My lifetime OPR roi is 154%, cashing in 115/640 MTTs. This is about 18%. If you OPR theduke211 you will see a HUGE portion of my FT's are wins though compared to the amount of 2nds and 3rds. Also if you were to look at 2007 and 2008 I have a much higher roi. You will also notice I have GREAT success at sattys, which I would like to run a lot of as well. I typically sell the seats to my satty wins.

My sharkscope is a joke, and you will see why if you look at it. I used to just donk around and only played cash for the most part. I have a good friend (BN2B) who is a very good SNG player. I used to load up 16 to prove I could beat them too and never could very well. So needless to say, I dont play STT's at ALL these days. The sharkscope graph is straight down to -$400 over the first 1150 games and then an $800 upswing over the next 350 games or so. I like it though, its a laughable graph.

My names are theduke211 on PS and IMTALKINGLOUDLY on FT.

Don't know if any stakes have come from this thread. Still worth a shot. I know I've beaten poker online for years and still do so. I also have some very large scores in the PP days that I cant show to anyone as they were so old...

PM me if this generates any interests or if you found it funny...

I am currently poker broke because of real life situations. I would like to try to start something resembling a poker bankroll again. I would be a low risk stakee, as I would like to grind back in the 3/45's on stars. All of my "success" has come at these. I have ran a few successful stakes with fellow tpt'ers. My stats are out of whack because up until recently I only played online poker when I wanted to take a chance. Now I am seriously trying to build up a roll the right way. My name is Bramafide on AIM, or you can PM here. I can play upwards to 40 hours a week, and I am very easy to get a hold of and will keep my stakee aware of my progress every step of the way.

I just wanted to add that I recently finished up coursework for the summer, so have a lot more free time and am definitely flexible over the next couple of months.. as the bulk of my experience is in MTTs, i would like to start out with a small set of low-level+ MTTs to demonstrate playing style and level of commitment and go from there.. as above, feel free to hit me up with any questions..

Hey guys,

I'm an 18 year old college student in Las Vegas (UNLV) that would like to be backed on Cake Poker.

I had a full roll on Stars for NL25, but got scammed for all of it, so I'm currently without online poker funds.

I'd like to be back for FR NL10. That's all I'll be playing. No STT or MTT as I don't feel like I could win as much as I could in cash games.

I play a regular TAG style, running about 19/12/2.

Here is my graph (I know it's not much, but it documents my bankroll well. I started at NL5, moved up to NL10 for about 15k hands and the last 3k are 25NL)

I will not tilt and can play with a total disassociation from the money. I have no problem grinding away and while not be playing above my limits.

As I know I'll be able to build myself a BR for this, the staking can be arranged for a 60/40 backer, capping when my 40% reaches $500.

As an added incentive, any tournaments I qualify in via Gold Cards will be split 60/40 backer.

If anyone is interested in backing me or has any other questions, feel free to PM me.

Thanks

hey guys, i thougth for a while before I eventually came to the conclusion to ask for staking..

i don't want to communicate here my sn or real name, when somebody is interested we can talk over messenger/pm/skype.

i look for someone who stakes me basically for the sunday majors, but I could also imagin 50r/100r/109er/+++ freezouts, because i cannot afford to play them regulary. i don't have nearly the 100buyins for them (even thought i beliefe for +2k entrants tournaments 100bi is way to few)

i play poker for almost 2 years now, began with mtt in early 2007. i had some success, won around ~ 160K online and around 50K live.

but my biggest problem was always br-management since i was most of the time short on money. for me as a person this is not a problem, i don't die when i go broke, but for me as a poker player this is a major problem. i tried to play strictly only some few tournaments in my br-range but this causes just to much trouble in my head seeing all those profitable higher buyin touranments. so my hole strategy was basically playing regulary the lower limits $22 freezout $5 reb till $70 freezouts. playing a small amout of higher, say $70-$200 and from time to time when I feel superstrong playing events like the ecoop main event.

in late 2007 i had some problems with neteller and thus i had a good portion of my roll blocked. and so my roll colapsed after some months later. discount from my winnings a car, forniture of the flat, a million other useless things than you go busto. so i was some months without money/played like 0days poker and in early 2008 i finally had my blocked roll back. there 2 things happend, i expected to recieve more money + i keep up playing higher limits till i went alomst busto. there the story ended.. i cashed for i think the second time in my whole poker career money in (something like 1k) and won somehow a 11$ donkament at sunday night in march i think. and since that day i keep dropping and winning some, dropping and winning some what and tbh i don't expect other since i am waiting basically to have a field day in a sunday major / big tournament.

this strategy works pretty well for someone how plays for fun, because he does not necessarly need the money. i am still having fun but i see things a little different now, for my progession as a pokerplayer this strategy is just not the best. i mean, by grinding 3-4 months the low stakes i probably have the roll for the majors and lot more, but tbh. it sucks unreal hard to grind them day/night. plus take into account that i have a gf and study economy = not having time day/night. i am still a grinder, i still play EVERY sunday because sunday is holy. and i planned to grind at least 3 nights this summer every week and probably grind 1h the other days from 1pm - 2pm (party/ftp/stars/titan combo) so i have still a nice evening with my gf and can eat dinner with my grandparents. they live not far from me (something like 100m) and i really enjoy the time with them and wouldnt probaly miss for poker.

atm i feel mentally pretty strong, i am all in all pretty happy with my game but obviously there a still some little things like keeping a-game over +4hours. i would say i know pretty a lot of poker in general, but specific mtt's. i am one of these guys who have +60 poker books at home and always interested in studying various poker theme.

my biggest problem was tilt and not beeing on a-game. i try to explain why was and why its not anymore. while having problems with neteller and spending money everywhere i slowly realized that i am going to go broke soon if i don't stop. than the thing with neteller, all that caused massive problems, not psychologically ones, because i can strictly separte poker with real life. but say poker-psychologically. i was tilting extremly hard, like rebuying in a 100r +15 times ect. there was not one tournament where i didnt had a blowup-point. today, and also the last months i was tiltfree (at least 95% because everybody tilts at some point a little bit, even so little that you dont think thats tilt). when i reached the point where i was almost busto (roll under 1K) my approach to poker changed. a new point of view was born, i decided to play not only for fun, but because of the sucess, because of the money. i put in lots of work, mental work too. and my will keeps growing, seeing timex winning in dortmund, seeing a german sng-grinder at the last 20 of the ept.mc, remembering annette winning the wsope.

i had problems with the fact these guys won lot of money and have now a very solid roll and crush online and offline and the knowledge i could have a solid roll as well, b/c i won too ~50K live in one event for finishing 2nd but i am one of the few stupid ones and blow everything up. i am still a little frustrated when i read (or hear, dont remember well) rizen saying he started his roll basically with a $50k win, but i think i can take the positive thinks out (althougth there exist few -_-) and forget about the past.

i could tell a lot more but to say the truth, i am a pretty shy person, i dont like anyone to know anything about me ect and posting this feels like running naked thru a shopping mall :x

by contacting me via pm i can tell you more and give you my screen names.

Hi there better introduce myself im Simon 18 years living in hampshire in the UK, im currently near the end of my college year where i study I.T.

I play poker all the time (when i have the time) mostly online but i do go to some home games which can be with my mates or sometimes more serious games.I have just started a sponsership on the ipoker network but its not that good at the moment as i cant play at the higher stakes.

I play mostly pot limit omaha cash games at around 0.25/0.50 and 0.50/1 i am a winning player and want to try my shots at higher cash games on the full tilt network.

I also jump into some no limit hold em cash games and tournaments but im by far better at omaha.

12/180's start at around game 400, and that was a few months ago in late March I believe. Had 2 holidays since then (one to vegas, WOO!) and it beat my roll to pieces.

looking for a stake in $33 or $55 heads up turbos either on stars or tilt. Had to cash out for the summer for school. my staTs are as follows for heads up on sharkscope. Make sure you do advanced search and do 2>4 since i also do shootouts. I also mainly play hu cash as well but that is with a proper br. I play heads up sit n go's to build a bankroll so that is why there is a small sample size is because I ran my account up to 1k ish and started with hu cash but would play these indefinitely. These stats are for 33 hu and 55 hu it does not include me donking around at the lower stakes. I also do well at 100's as well. PM me if you would be interested I have a very reputable source and I will give you my accounts where these numbers derived from if you are interested.

102 $6 $56 12% $593
178 $6 $39 14% $1,025

= 280 $6 56/39 12/14% $1618
