I am selling 10% pieces of myself for all live mtts at standard backing with makeup(50/50). This would start with the WSOP and keep running longterm. After the WSOP, the only thing on the schedule for a while is Indiana Circuit event though I may play other stuff. I will almost never play $10ks unless I'm crushing and everyone wants to gamble on a big event, I'm not even sure I'm going to go back out and play the WSOP main event this year. I like to play the softer $5k circuit events and $1ks and the like. One 10% piece never really stands to be down a ton anytime soon unless I just brick, brick, brick as I'll be playing mostly smaller stuff. As If I'm stuck 50k in makeup, youre only down $5k plus you have the makeup working for you. Here is the summer sched.

June 2nd 5 PM WSOP $5,000 Limit/No Limit
June 3rd WSOP $1,000 Rebuy
June 4th WSOP $2,000
June 5th Thur WSOP $1,500 6max
June 6th 5 pm WSOP $1,500 Limit
June 7th WSOP $2,500
June 9th WSOP $1,500 shootout
June 10th WSOP $1,500 PLO
June 10th 5 pm WSOP $2,000 Limit
June 11th WSOP $5,000
June 12th WSOP $2,000
June 13th Venetian $2,500
June 14th Sat WSOP $1,500
June 15th WSOP $3,000
June 15th 5 pm WSOP $10,000 Limit(will be selling most of this off so it is a "$5k" or less for us
June 16th WSOP $2,500 6max
June 17th WSOP $1,500
July 3rd WSOP $10,000 ?????(may not fly back out)

This deal will not stop after WSOP, but through then I will have 60k in estimated buyins so any 10% piece could stand to lose $6k at most if I brick everything through the summer.

I have a very strong live record with $235k in cashes including a circuit prelim win this year. In 2008 already, I played 4 tourneys in Tunica cashing a $1k in 18th, I played a $1k MegaSat to the $10k winning that, made day 2 of the main event but lost big flip. In San Diego, got 4th in my 2nd event for $6k, then won my third event for $30k. In Venetian I cashed 1 of 3 events getting 12th in a $1k. And a final table in an Indiana Circuit event for $11k, I bricked New Orleans(0-3). I was profitable last year for WSOP cashing 4 of the biggest events including both $1k rebuys, the $5k, and the $10k main event totaling over $80k in winnings.

Here is a link to my Bluff Magazine Profile which can also link to my pokerdb, my usernames are "mattster24"

http://www.bluffmagazine.com/players...er-profile.asp

online-Stars $370k winnings/$84k profits
Tilt-$187k winnings/$51k profits

I sold pieces for live backing last year and have references if need be. I also back players myself and actually used to have around 10 guys so I am very accustomed to backing/being backed.

pm me if you are interested in taking 10% or even more as I'm trying to sell my personal shares as I'm better off being a bankroll nit for now I think.

This previous post seems to fit me so well that i just borrowed it
I am a 22 year old between college and the working world right now and unlike most people looking for a stake I am certainly not busto right now. I have had a fair share of good luck along with improving my game which has resulted in wins in the Fifty Fifty on FTP and some other deep runs in thick fields. While I am now essentially rolled for the bigger tournaments it is really out of my RL bankroll to play this high of stakes without a backing deal.
What I am looking for is a potential staking deal for the Sunday Majors. I have been an active 2p2 member for a couple years now with most all of my posting being done in SSMTT. If you have any questions of inquiries please let me know.

This is Gregory Giannokostas, I spoke to a backer via telephone, please give stuart paterson a call tomm to verify. He said he didnt know what was going on with the isp phone call. He said to give him a call tomm and he will verify, or will in person in Las Vegas next week

Thanks

Bobo I had a call from a potential backer on this thread from an isp phone call, think the call was from this post, so I'm just letting the backer know to call me back because i dont have his number. Sorry for posting on here with less than 100 posts.

Edit BF: Hmmm...OK. I merged the two posts; PM one of us when you hear back from the backer, then we can decide if we want to delete. Cornell usually does most of the staking thread maintenance, so he may yet decide to delete this anyway.

Hello. I am interested in a staking deal at FR 25nl on either Pokerstars or Full Tilt. My name is PiousDevil on both sites. I have been primarily a tournament player, with some decent tournament results that have always been followed by poor bankroll management combining with running badly followed by lifetilt.

I've recently entered cash play, receiving basic level coaching from WCGRider. The stats I've included followed his coaching. I beat 2nl and 5nl, went on a very bad run when I took a shot at 10nl, and instead of moving back down as I should, I went back to my old ways, shot taking at much higher buyin tournaments than I could afford.

I want to change, and I want to establish a bankroll to begin grinding at 25nl. In order to do so, I'm willing to run a 50/50 + makeup at 25nl, beginning with a $600 stake. My intention is work stake to $1200, send stakeback, then again work up to $1200, send back $600 and end stake, unless further arrangements are discussed. I will, of course, provide staker with all necessary personal information.

I've explained to you my shortcomings so that you can understand why I am not, until this point, truly a winning player, despite my winning play. I can assure you that I would never endanger your money the way I have my own; I have more respect for other people's belongings than I do my own, and would never want to let anyone down who put their faith in me. The dissapointment that WCGRider expressed after I'd blown my earnings after his coaching was almost unbearable, despite the fact that all the money was my own, he had nothing invested but his time and faith. My goal is to attain a supplementary income from poker, and I'm more than willing to help someone else if they are willing to help me reach this goal. Please PM me with any interest, and thank you for your time.

p.s. As I've stated, I am a strong tournament player.

Please realize that the ROI is not a reflection of my poor play, but of my poor bankroll management up until this point. I urge you to look, instead, at my winnings, my ITM%, and my late finish%. I have alot of tournament experience and knowledge, and with ample opportunity I feel confident that I could produce strong results for anyone who is more interested in a tournament staking arrangement than a cash arrangement.

Hey all, I'm looking for a stake for tomorrow (Saturday). I used to be a MTT player, but with my day job, I can't afford to stay up late and play MTTs at night (and there aren't many good ones that start until 8-9PM, meaning if I go dpee, I go to bed at 3-4am, when I get up at 4am every morning. I've got tomorrow free and would like to play some poker. I've got money myself, but I think I would play better on a stake because I don't always like playing poker (beat myself up about it, etc.) but think playing staked would make me play better and stay focused.

I could make a schedule upon request, but I was thinking basically all the FOs GTDs ($11K 20K gtd, $22 20K gtd, $27.50 25K gtd, etc. and the 3R's and/or 11Rs if willing).

OPR

I'd prefer to play on Stars only, cause unlike everyone else, I think FTP is rigged and hate it.

Just PM me and I'll give you AIM/MSN and we can talk more. I'm a pretty common regular in SSMTT as well as MTTc.

Looking for a stake in the wsop, preferably event 38, the 2k pl holdem event. I was going to buyin myself but recently had a change of heart. I decided I'm better off just grinding online instead of taking a shot at a mtt.

ftp ss: http://img443.imageshack.us/img443/9...raphftpnw6.png
stars ss: http://img207.imageshack.us/img207/3...phstarsck5.png
cash: http://img100.imageshack.us/img100/8015/hemve6.png

I don't have a lot of cash hands since I got hem, and I haven't played a lot of cash hands this year. I just started again a couple weeks ago. About 2k of these are hu cash. If someone really wants my old 25nl hands I can get them, but I was about 2.5 ptbb over 50k+ lifetime I'd say. This including stars a really really long time ago, ub and ftp last fall. I've probably only played 30k 50nl hands lifetime, and I would guess my winrate to be 1.5 to 2.5 ptbb.

You can pm me with any questions.

I am playing all the 10k main events, the 50K Horse and mostly mixed game tournaments. I get enough nolimit tournaments throoughout the year.

I am a mixed game specialist with final tables in Omaha hilo and 5k Stud in 2005 and 2006.

I will buy into these events regardless, but would consider selling shares in any of these events for a small premium.

Serious inquiries only.

Send proposals to www.myspace.com/allenkessler
or private message me on two plus two.

Hello all.

Currently grinding 50HU and the $12/45s and $12/180s.

Looking for a stake in the WSOP $650 qualifier tomorrow. I understand tournament poker very well and would assume tomorrow's field to be fairly soft.

There will be at least 25 packages awarded tomorrow and as of this moment, only 94 entrants. I'm also open to staking in any and all future direct qualifying tournaments.

I have been a member of 2+2 since 2005 and have made numerous friends (thac, blackize, jgunnip, delta_k) that can vouch for me and an upstanding member.

Open to any serious offers. Please PM me or send a message on AIM to 'dawade05'.

Looking for a stake in 6max SSNL (100nl or 200nl)

Currently grinding 50NL on stars and looking to move up to SSNL permanently.

I want to get my feet wet in a stake until I'm numb to the beats at those stakes (losing 3-5 buyins in a short while at 50NL doesn't affect me but losing 3-5 buyins at 100nl still stings hard =/).

50NL 6max graf

My ptbb/100 is mediocre but my MT ratio is 9.26 and my true hourly is ~30ptbb/100

I can put in unlimited hours and can play unlimited tables.

Please PM me or contact me on AIM on "thaknight"

I am looking for a stake in multiple WSOP events. I am a long time MSNL strategy poster. I am also strong at PLO (instructor at DeucesCracked) and various limit mixed games: 2-7 TD, o8, hold'em, stud8, razz. Please PM me if you would like to work a deal.

I don't want to play a huge volume of regular MTTs, but my results have been pretty good in these two specific tournaments, so I'd like to mix them in.

You can OPR me (nutshot2 on Stars) and view results for these specific tourneys by selecting "Full Tracking", then sorting by "buyin, prize" and viewing "all, show/hide $0" depending on what you want to see.

I'm open to any other ideas you might have also, as far as maybe including $109 freezeouts also.

PM me if interested.

i have found a stake for the $27.50 and $55/50k, still grinding the $12/180s.

still looking for a nightly $162 stake. pm me.

I'm interested in receiving a coaching / staking deal to play 2/4 - 5/10 NL 6-max.

I've played about 250k hands of 6-max cash, I would guess 150k+ are from 2/4 - 3/6 and I'm a winner at both (probably like 2 ptbb) - I guess I'm up $40k+ since the beginning of 06. I can and will provide PT screenshots and graphs of the above (at work now, but getting these would be no issue at all). I can provide several references including mods (I used to be one), mid stakes regulars, and a couple of low stakes guys that I've coached in the past.

I'm currently sitting on a roll of about 4k after making a lot of cashouts at the end of last year while I was in between jobs and not playing much since then. Ideally, this deal would make me a better player (my primary interest, as I could obviously grind a roll back myself), get me back to playing mid stakes on my own roll quicker than grinding, and make my backer/coach some money.

If anyone is interested, PM me and we can talk more about it.

I posted in the wrong staking thread. Damn it.

Hey,

I have played nl200 for the last year making between $3-15k a month, playing 15-45k hands on between 5-10 tables. I don't need a stack, but I'd like to move up and play some 2/4 and 3/6, but I've got an awful mental block. Having played 1/2 for so long anything else seems foreign to me and whenever I consider moving up I kind of shrug my shoulders and decide to just load up some nl200 tables. It's really silly- which means you can probably make some easy money off of me. I don't need a stake, but to make it worth your time... I'd love a 2/4+ mentor type...someone who can chat over AIM, send some hands, let me sweat and sweat me. In return, I'd play off of some kind of stake, getting you a % of my winnings, while at the same time helping me conquer the mental barrier of getting past 1/2. PM me for AIM info, I have refs and whatnot. Also had some DJ Sensei coaching back in the day, as well as CR/leggo/etc so I'm pretty serious about wanting to get better/move up.

Thanks

interested in playing wsop events, not going to play many, if any, on my own at this point. I'm proficient at pretty much anything in the events, limit he, plo, limit 2-7 being my best. If you need some info that's not public domain re: my play, PM me I guess.

Hey guys!

I'll give it a try as well, here goes: I'm a smallstakes grinder and winning since I started out grinding those 5$/45, moving up to 11$/45, started playing some occasional 26$ tourney, until I was able to move up to 26$/45, still winning (small sample size though), and recently caught a for-my-terms-noteable cash worth 1.7k. (for stats see below) My bankroll currently is at 5k$, by playing those 45 and the occasional tourneys.

I'm a bankroll nit, always used >100BI-rule. Currently, I'm planning to give myself some shots in the month of my semester-holidays (August- midseptember), so I thought about trying to get a stake. I will certainly be playing more 50$ Tourneys paid out of my own pocket, but I'm hoping I can get a stake for the occasional 100-200$ tourneys here and there.

Obviously, as I will only have around one intense month of playing, this investment would be very high variance. I am looking to get a staking for some single tournaments (maybe a few (or only one single) sunday majors) during this time frame.

If you have any questions concerning my person, my style of play, my whatever, or if you wanna discuss a serious staking agreement within these terms, I'm happily answering PMs or emails, or we could discuss this via IM.

I'm hoping my stratpost-count is decent enough, but most of those ~1k posts have been made in SSMTT and I got some very positive feedback from multiple sides, and feel very confident in my own standard ABC-poker nowadays.

Only problem is, hardly anyone really knows me in person around here, as I'm a busy 20year old medicine student from Switzerland and never really got in live-touch with the pokercommunity overseas or whatever There are a few who have seen me quite a lot in the SSMTT, but apart from that I cannot be vouched by anyone except a guy called "Mimu", who has recently joined this forum with around 10 posts, but I think that doesn't really help I just hope that won't get into our ways of doing business...

That's it for now I guess. I'm looking forward to discussing this further via PM if anyone is interested.

Cheers and regards
lemming

PS: Sidenote: from the view of those graphs, ofc, very small sample size and running pretty hot I guess... But I've made quite a few deep finishes in those 26$ tourneys on tilt, so I'm capable of playing that ABC poker, and as I said, feel pretty comfortable with my play atm.

I just bought a new truck and used the majority of my bankroll as a down payment, so I'll give this a shot.

I'm looking for a backer to play the $26 FO's on FTP. There is the $9.5k KO, $16k, $32k, $28k, and $17k and I can play any/all on any given day as I work at my computer and basically have free reign over my schedule.

My stats are nothing special and the sample size is pretty small, but I have a pretty decent grasp on the more important MTT concepts (chip accumulation, stack sizes, etc.) and I study/discuss the game quite a bit.

I have nobody to vouch for me on here, but I do have positive feedback on eBay as a buyer and a seller.

If anyone is interested in working with me, feel free to send a PM and we will go from there.

Word of advice to potential stakees:

State your location. Whether you can play Euro sites or not is important, and it's a total pain to sift through a load of your posts to try and work out where you're based.

Dear Staking community,

I am looking to be staked in a few daily tournaments on Pokerstars and Fulltilt. All of these tournaments are at least $50 buyins or higher. I have a large enough roll to support myself in the smaller tournaments (right now I play the 3r, 5r, 10r, and pretty much every 30 freezeout or less I can), or I have several others on hand willing to back me in this level of tournaments.

Here is the list of tournaments I would like to be able to play:

$20+2 unlimited rebuys
$50+5 1r 1a
$100+9 with gtd. prize pools (stars has several daily also)
$55-$88 4-max tournaments on stars
$150+12 The Nightly Hundred Grand
$200+15 random sunday tournaments... warm up, second chance, million
$200+15 weekly limit hold'em
$109 weekly saturday deep stack

I'm not as familiar with the Fulltilt schedule as I am the pokerstars schedule, but you guys understand what I am looking for in a MTT. If you see something that I would probably be interested in, then feel free to contact me about it.

I have several referrences on here that have staked me before. Most successful is 2+2er "Double Ice" (Awice on stars) who made over $6,000 off me in March and April of this year. I am also getting staked by 2+2er "JustLuck" who is covering pretty much everything below what I am asking for above. I keep very good records and I am super contactable, loyal, and willing to do what it takes to get better at the game.

Contact me via e-mail "Laake20@aol.com", PM, or AIM "Laake20" if you're interested.
