I'm considering playing the WSOP main event, possibly some side events as well. I probably wont go, but figured I'd fish around for some offers if anyone wants to buy pieces of me (I'll likely only play if I sell ~50% of my main event entry).

I've played in only 3 live tournaments with buyins over $300, but I've cashed in 2 of them http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/player.php?a=r&n=41430 (19th/211 in a 10K euro event, 3rd/110 in a $2500 event, and busted early day 3 in the '07 LAPC). Also played a fair number of online MTTs (mostly Party back in the day, some stars now), and thousands of S&Gs, including over a hundred of the $1000 step 5's on Party years ago (my s/ns at different points were holdem2000, Juggernaut_9, and R0llwithit). Had something ridiculously unsustainable in the $1K's like a 30% ROI.

I've been beating $1/$2nl on stars for over 5ptBB/100 for my last 250Kish hands (the past 6 months), and have probably about 1M hands of experience from .25/.50 to $25/$50 (mostly 1/2+). Paid my way through four years at a private university and extensive travel this past year so I don't really have a large enough roll anymore for large events on my own.

Looking for a stake in cash game from someone who handles these things very proffesional and business like. I'm currently beating HU cash poker (PT stats available) at 50nl and 100nl level.

An unsuccessful shot at HU 200nl and slight downswing at 100nl has dipped my roll to 3500. Although being a senior in highschool and trying to figure out what my future will be has my head a little clouded. I don't have my first PT database available because I played on a Mac. I have 2008 recorded though. I also have all my past live sessions (homegame/casino) recorded via spreadsheet for the past few years.

So far I've been playing up to NL100 and $25 mtts but there's the degen in me that always manages to screw up. I know this isn't really good advertisement for myself, but at least I'm honest.

Anyone want to stake me for WSOP events?

I've been playing poker seriously for about 4 years. Initially, I played $11 - $55 SNGs, then moved to LHE. I've played around 2 million hands of LHE and beaten up to 50/100 consistently. The vast majority of those hands are at 10/20+. I don't have enough hands at 100/200+ to prove I'm a winner.

I then played NL 6max cash for a bit and beat up on 3/6 for a while. Maybe around 200k hands of that. After that, I shortstacked for about 1 million hands. My WR for all of these is very solid. I have always been one of the biggest winners at any game I played regularly. The shortstacking in particular would come in handy in tournaments. I am, without a doubt, top 10 in the world at <20bb nl play.

Tournament play has been very sporadic. Whenever I'm bored, I'll play one. My record is not proven in them.

I have cashed out in the mid 6 figures over the past 4 years, nearly all from cash game play. PT stats and graphs are available on request, although I might have some trouble getting my older stats. I'm willing to play a bunch of tournaments to prove myself as well.

Again, if you PM me and I don't know you, I will not stake you--even if your stats are very impressive.

I just wanted to repost this to remind any potential backers to do a thorough background check on anyone who you choose to stake.

If you are staking someone who you do not know and trust there is a significant chance that they will steal your stake, misrepresent their earnings, or participate in other unscrupulous practices.

There is also an elevated risk that honest players who don't post in the strategy forums are simply losing players. You can learn a lot about how someone thinks about the game from the strategy posts that they make on this forum. Staking someone without that knowledge is ill advised.

Staking is a risky business when you are involved with trustworthy winning players. Participating in a staking arrangement with someone who you can not trust or whose abilities you are unsure of is a highly -$ev proposition.

I am very interested in staking SSNL people (like 50NL-200NL) Pm me with your story. PLEASE HAVE AT LEAST SEVERAL HUNDRED POSTS. If not, have at least 5 references on 2p2 with over a thousand posts. Also interested in staking lowish stakes MTT players, and SNG players. Thank you.

I´ve had to cash out my entire roll to pay some bills (again) and hence am online busto right now (again).

I´m interested in getting staked for daily OHL MTT both on Stars and Full Tilt (5,5+R-39 $ Buy-in) and most of the satellites to the FTOPS PLO and OHL events. OHL MTT seem to have massive value and I expect the satellites to be even better.

Hello all I am tercet on stars, and ftp. Due to living expenses last few months I have had my roll cut drastically and am looking for a stake in tournies. I am a player capable of high quantity/quality of tournaments, as I am currently in the top 1000 TLB on Pokerstars. Over the past 2 years I have been a member of pxf and learned the tournament game from the best. Over that time I have had various success including a 5r chop heads up, several 4$/180sng victories, final tables in multiple 1500+ tournies, and a large amount of deep tournament runs. Even though the past year I have been pretty much break even, I believe that I am capable of winning tournaments in the long run.
