want coaching/staking deal mid stakes NL cash

Hi,
I am seeking a coaching/staking deal for nl600+ 6max cash games. I am a marginal winner at nl400 and small sample nl600 (~2,5-3ptbb). I would like a respected coach to give me lessons and we would make an arrangement, where he would get some % of my winnings (up to discussion). I was never coached and the reason I prefer this kind of deal to simply hiring someone for fixed prize is that I want my coach to really care about improving my game. I have my bankroll to play up to nl1000.
