I've been an on again / off again player for about 2 years now. I've supported myself through poker for that time (college student). In the small/moderate amount of mtt's ive played in that span I've been a winning player. Mostly internal debates on whether I wanted to be a online poker player during my senior year of high-school/fresh year of college and misunderstanding of good cashout strategy has prevented me from becoming a regular grinder.

Why am I not staking myself? I've always had a fair bit of bankroll management issues. Namely I've played in higher fixed limits of stud8 (10/20- 30/60) ((200/400 when on tilt)) with moderate success. After a recent particular tough session I decided to cash out the remainder of my roll (~~20k) in preparation to finance an upcoming summer session at Oxford.

I consider myself to be on par with the mtt grinders of these limits, and am eager to really put in significant volume this fall/winer/spring.

I'm a looong time ghoster/poster at the FCP forums (got into cards by watching Danny N) and have only more recently been active ghosting and posting here. I will ask for stakes again when my post count is up.

Just lookin for a stake for the $2.00+.$.25 SnG's, or $5.00+.$50 ones. I have had 4 money transfers in the transfer thread (look at post history) all went through perfect with no complains. And I've also been staked once before, was a while ago but was basically he staked a few us for the $1.80 tourney then the top 3 of that got into the $5.50 then the top 2 got into the $11.00 tourney. I got the farthest out of all. I transferred half of the winnings to him of course.

I'm looking to start a long-term relationship with a staker playing heads up tourney's (wcoop, scoop, ftops etc.) at buy-ins between $100-$500.
I usually grind $30 heads up matches but am a winning player at the $50 and $100 levels as well, but I haven't build my roll up enough to where I'm comfortable playing regularly at those levels. I've also played a few of the $20 heads up tourney's that stars hosts and am a winning player at those.

Technically I've been a member for > 6 months, but I've never posted here so I figured I should just make the post here since I'm far from an established poster on this site.

I'm a consistent winner in NLHE, PLO8 and PLO tournaments. I have the most volume and bottom line success in NLHE, but consider PLO8 the game I have the largest edge in. I'm seeking either a) a long-term backing deal or b) a short-term deal for some upcoming specialty events I feel I have a sizeable edge in (various SCOOP events, a few WSOP events, etc). A fair amount of outside obligations prevent me from keeping a consistent, workable bankroll to play higher buy-in events that I feel I can and should be playing.

There are a few issues w/ my job that currently restricts how much volume I can play - but that can be discussed between myself and anyone potentially interested in staking me and very well could change in the near future.
