my team has been staking toledorio (donrio35 on PokerStars, toledorio on FTP).

he agreed to provide daily updates detailing his results. he agreed to send our cut of the profits every 3 days.

we sent him $1105 about 3 weeks ago. he has profited since then, but we have not received a single payment. we have not heard from him since June 28th.

he has been playing online almost every day since the 28th.

we will be posting more details and information on donrio35 if we do not hear from him soon. we are hoping this is just a misunderstanding, and that he will contact us soon. if he does not, additional information will be posted including personal details, a photograph of toledorio/donrio35, and possibly screenshots of some or all of the e-mails to and from donrio35 if we feel it would be appropriate.

again, we hope this is just a misunderstanding. donrio35, if u are reading this, u need to get in touch w/ us immediately. if something happened to our money, then u need to get in touch and make plans to pay us back asap. ignoring us is only going to make things worse.

we are posting this now to warn everyone. we have to advise against transferring any money to toledorio/donrio35, or entering a staking agreement w/ him, until this has been cleared up.

if anyone has additional information on toledorio/donrio35, please PM me or post in this thread. if u have a way of getting in touch w/ him, or see him at the tables, please mention this thread to him.
