little about me:

My name is Shane Brandt and im currently working as a carpenter for my father's construction company. As of now I basically work when needed such as if we have some roofs to do or some crawl space jobs etc etc..

I have been playing poker pretty seriously since the beginning of 2011 just before bf. I have played ~4,500 mtts and am down $81 all over this sample. I have never been backed before so i had no clue what brm was and use to shot take alot on ftp pre bf obv.

current:

I was getting backed by Jonathanfisk on 2+2 playing $33 fos and $10 rebuys and under on lock and played 700-900 games during this stake. We have agreed to end the stake due to all the problems lock are having with cashouts and etc. I am currently in mu ~1,100 I think and am hoping to get backed by someone new with intentions they could buy some of my mu from him.

I am looking to get backed on pokerhost (merge) preferrably since im familiar with most of the regs and since the have PM going on right now which is obv great value. I am also getting backed on intertops and possibly a WPN skin.

I am willing to start out in smaller stake mtts to prove myself.

I believe I am a very trsutworthy person and pride myself in being 100% honest. I have many references that could post itt for my integrity, honesty, and being trustworthy

some refs include lvcjarrett, Jonathanfisk, juicestain100, sydsdad88, DoTheWork, flipxpelon562 and im sure would vouch for me if needed

my current lock stats are 1,128 games played with $11.37 avg stake and $891 profit

I would prefer to find a stake that offers coaching, skype groups and mentoring.

I was backing Shane on Lock for the past couple months, and would still be backing him if not for all of the problems with Lock. I never had a single issue while backing Shane, he was always available and 100% trustworthy and professional with all transfers/stake reports. He is just overall an easy person to deal with which really makes the staking on my end painless.

I know Shane can crush these tourneys on Merge/Revolution and I was seeing evidence of this every session I would sweat. Unfortunately variance can sometimes mask the progress we make in this game, but even with the variance crushing him at the time I could see he was improving his game every time we discussed hands. This is a great investment, and Shane will begin to show a nice return over a larger sample size.

I have known shane from 2+2 over a year, also know the majority of the guys on the references fairly well, He is def +ev and I would trust him if I was in this type of business

This part seems a little confusing. Is Jonathan backing you currently? Is acquiring a stake dependent on said backer buying out your MU?

On another note, Shane is a good dude. Have bought heavy %'s of his packages before and he has turned some profits as well as keeping a very clean and updated rail. GL with the backer search bud, won't be long before you're picked up.

we ended the stake but when we ended it i was in mu for ~1.1k. Wouldnt have ended it prob if lock wasn't having cashout problems etc etc. Sp O was hoping that maybe someone could buy a % of my mu from Jonathan but im not sure how this works since im not real familiar with staking..

if one reference is owed 1.1K, and u want somebody to buy that out and stack u, why not just work, stake yourself and pay back what u owe or what you have borrowed. Maybe I'm missing something but not everybody wins at poker. If your losing, stop borrowing money to gamble. Work, play on your own money. Unless your eric lingren who just begs for money yet rarely pays it back, think about WORKING for the money you gamble with. Last I checked Lingren never payed back a cent of the full tilt money he borrowed even though he seems to be playing and winning at WSOP.

You are on the same path that he and all the other FT pros are on.

yes kind of confusing why you would stop the stake yet expect a new backer to buy your make up. It seems like this thread is more of a horse for sale that wont be playing until he gets sold which is kind of odd.

@bayoudonk i think that is way overboard and OP is far from FTP scum, him and his backer might just not be goin about this the right way

lol at comparing me with lindgren. I am not in mu my previous backer and I discussed it so im not looking for someone to buy me out. Im looking to join a stable peferrably or get backed by an individual that is all...love the trolls tho

makes absolutely no sense

when I ended the stake do to lock not being able to cash out funds I my backer wasn't able to back me on another site. I felt bad so was hoping to have someone buy me out of mu then. As of now Im just looking for a backer on a clean slate. so please stop trolling my thread

I have backed Shane for %s multiple times in MTTs from when he was selling tournaments online in the MP and have NEVER had 1 single problem or complaint...a clean rail was kept and communication was good. Good luck buddy!
