Thess123 should get all the money % split he agreed with Legendus. Legendus should then be forced to pay the MU owed for breaking the contract, and keep the winning had with Thess123.

Just arrived home again, can't say I'm happy with how this worked out, but I just wanted to get this over with.

WE DID GET SHAFTED! Also if he won 0$ we still would have a problem he breached contract (and wouldn't of had our money to pay us back!)

You think missing money/breaking rules = reasonable?

He has said no comment on the missing money. Who do I need to send screen shots to? This guy stole money PERIOD.

agree with taz here. Bignate, calm down, however gross it feels you're not going to have done badly out of this situation (infact quite the opposite to if it hadn't of happened). So whilst it's annoying i think you should also be gracious that the other two are at least trying to settle this as (relatively) fairly as possible.

i can't comment on the missing money until it is resolved between you guys... but you getting a cut of his tourny score is certainly part way trying to compensate for his mistake.

do you know what his total was before he won that money?

have you seen his transaction screen?

have you seen his tournament history in full?

without those things then how can you be so sure he stole? you need proof not a hunch this is someones rep. the kid made an error - doesnt mean he stole from you as well.

As far as I know he played a 26$ HU tourney and chopped it. Obviously another backer thought he had action on this guy however the player was under contract and had our funds in his account. If not maybe cash games? However I don't know if he won/loss in those. Maybe he's dumping the chips.

He's done a good job at not answering this question.

Bignate just calm down a bit. The kid is not a scammer and is doing everything he can to make this right. Also anything u get out of his score in the $26 HU tourney you should be happy with since he didnt play it with your money. Regardless if he breached contract to play for another backer the money used for these tourneys were not yours so you should just be happy with whatever you get
