I am Meistro on Stars, looking for a stake for either cash, SNG, spin n go or MTT. At the end of Dec. I was staked by a friend of mine, and the stake went well, I won 5k CAD (he put in 8k) playing PLO cash but he pulled out so now I am looking for a new backer. I'll have to check with him but I'm 99% sure he'll be willing to talk to any potential backers and discuss my history with him.

I've been a full time poker player for my entire adult life (presently 31). I've played extensively live and online. NLHE for a long time, and in the last few years I have specialized in PLO. I've got a lot of experience playing in a variety of different games and limits as well as non poker related positive expectation gambling (card counting and hole card play).

Here is my last backer's testimonial

"I invested $7,944 in this company to purchase 8k shares at an average price of $0.993/share. I sold all my shares at $1.33/share. My shares ended up being valued at $10,640. I turned a profit of $2,696. Zak sent me my entire $10,640 within about a week. I'm sure it would have been faster if I was ok with accepting stars $. Instead he sent me Canadian dollars like I wanted, at no additional charge. My return on investment is over 33%, in a short period of time. I think it was around a month, maybe 2 months max. Zak did not even accept all the e-mail transfers I sent him, as he didn't need the $ at that time. This speaks volumes to how responsible he is with investor $.
When I was cashing out all my shares, I calculated that Zak owed me $1k less then he actually did, and he corrected me. If it wasn't for that I doubt I ever would have realized I got shorted for $1k.
Zak always answered all my questions right away. He also changed the profit split from
55% for investors, and 45% + all stars coin for players, to 50% of profit and stars coin for players and investors. Investors did not ask for this, but he did it because he was getting more than 50% of the take, and he wanted to even it up.
Zak does business the right way, he has integrity and respect for investor $. Also he is a tremendous advantage gambler. I'm really hoping that he will get more investors as I feel that he deserves it, and it will be beneficial to both parties. I feel bad that I had to cash out all my shares."

Until you make a repayment of the stake and profit I cannot confirm that.

Well, I keep trying to ship to you on Stars, but it keeps saying 'you cannot transfer to this player'. So, I don't know what the deal is with not being able to transfer to you, but I am of course willing to give you your share of the money through some alternative medium.

Why don't u guys talk on skype?

while you may be legitimate and it may not let you transfer the stuff you are saying is exactly what someone who was stalling / scamming would say. I am sure you appreciate that.
perhaps their is a 3rd pokerstars account you could receive funds to? one which is not blocked from accepting xfers?

It is important other people do not send this player any money whilst he owes money to myself, that can only happen by making this public.

Zak believes the 2 accounts to be unable to accept transfers (which they are not) but if any other reputable player would like to be the intermediary for this transfer please post here and ill happily pay you a vig on the money.

Are you transferring from USD account? Sometimes I misclicked from CAD account and the recipient cannot receive because they are not Canadian.

This player has repayed MOST of the funds that were owed however there is an outstanding ammount.

This can be easily solved by using a 3rd party for this, u send the money to a 3rd party and this 3rd party will send to ur previous backer.

Marketplace Approval removed until this is resolved, at the very least.

fair enough, but there was never anything to resolve and he has the money. This guy invested $250 and I made him $2000. I sent him the money and he received it. I do still owe him a tiny amount, $170, which I will pay as soon as I am able.

Received a PM from OP asking if I was interested in staking him.

Obviously not after reading this beforehand.

Be careful here guys, this debt needs to be paid first and foremost.
