Hello future friends and backers. My name is Patrick Michael and I'm currently living in LA. I'm looking for a backer for live tournaments, and possibly on Lock as well... or anything that's worth playing in the US anyways. There are no limits to the hours I can put in, and I'm not at all opposed to playing cash games either. Though tourneys are def my specialty. Also, from my understanding it's somewhat difficult to find backing for live cash. Ultimately I'd like to get set up in another country to start playing real online poker again, and having live poker as a second option... but for now this is my best option.
For most of my career (7-8 years or so) I've only played/made enough to get by and or support the girlfriend(s). I've also degen'd quite a bit off in my party days, and making a few poor bankroll/life decisions... I'm now 26, single, and feel it's time to buckle down to build a solid foundation for the rest of my life. I'd like to almost purely focus on playing and studying poker. I'm very confident with my game, intelligent, and looking forward to starting asap. (LAPO is going on as we speak

I started out playing live cash games around the area's I was living in. Never really studying the game since I was always good enough to beat the player pool at the time. Fast forward ~5 years and I've put in time studying, 2p2, going over huds/hhs, reading books, training sites, etc...
Tourneys: NLHE and PLO8. Cash games: NLHE, LHE, PLO8, FLO8. I've learned the other games as well, but don't really have any volume. I'm very interested in receiving coaching for PLO.
At the top of the page is a link to my hendonmob. Also I probably have about another 15-20k in cashes from non-series tourneys this year. I don't have a ton of volume in live mtt's, but I'll certainly prove to be what you're looking for. (That last one was super painful. First was getting about 60k and I split 18-19th place running AA<AJo aip for tons... flop: 1056 rainbow, you know the rest lol. The PLO8 ft during the LAPC was sick too, receiving 3 nasty ones at the ft. ok /rant)
I'm flexible and open-minded to different ideas. Please feel free to pm any questions, comments, concerns...
