If you could that would be appreciated Bob Also, you might want to pass his picture around at the local libraries, net cafes etc. Bob's kind offer is a perfect example of a mod going beyond the call of duty imho.

Also, Gary Johnson, DeuceRWild from Hunter college, New York is a scammer and a thief.

Wow read through this thread and what scum.

Anyways theres nothing the mods can really do instantly, if he really does go to college (Seems highly unlikely due to apparent intelligence level) he will have access to a lot of computers at University Libraries and such.

Anyways one of my dads security guards from a few years back goes to Hunter College, Ill forward him this thread and see if he knows of any Gary Johnson.

lol this scumbag was at one of my tables today and started trash talking me because he lost with AK to my JJ aipf. Wish I knew he was a scammer then. Also pretty hilarious that this guy is actually down money over so many hands on full tilt.

Um, the reason people are calling you a scammer and a thief is because you agreed to this:

"If the stakee is in makeup and wishes to end play before the 100,000 hands without agreement from the staker they will owe the entire makeup amount. There may be exceptions to this in favor of the stakee in special circumstances at the discretion of the staker."

You fail to uphold the bolded part using "logic" you've created yourself. You owe him whatever the makeup amount is, period. There is no escaping this.

Then you refer to the underlined part. The only issue is that you somehow fail to comprehend the the meaning of "discretion of the STAKER". Just because you THINK he would agree to something does not mean you can decide that on your own and use that as some sort of excuse for your actions.

If you had talked to him and he had agreed to end the stake, and agreed that you don't owe him makeup, then you wouldn't owe him makeup. As is, you decided to end the stake on your own without consulting him, and you owe him the makeup.

If you seriously can't see how you're in the wrong here and how you're just making scenarios up and are violating a contract, then there's no use continuing the discussion. There's not really anything to discuss anyway. This is extremely clear cut and you're in the wrong.

This thread is insanely tilting to read. It's amazing how people can have 30 different people tell them how wrong they are, not one even remotely agreeing with their point, but because they've justified it to themselves they refuse to admit any wrongdoing whatsoever.

A contract is a contract. Whether you saved him money by not playing or not, you agreed to something that said if you did X, that you would owe Y. Well, you did X, so no matter what your reasoning is, you owe Y. Plain and simple. End of story. Your reputation is everything in the poker world and you are absolutely destroying yours with your ignorant, self-serving, and idiotic behavior.
