I staked a guy 2 months ago. We made a great deal of cash together. The term of the stake was 90 days.

Well in October he didn't pay me the money owed. He will not respond to my emails and also withdrew all of the cash he had online.

Do I just come out and expose the player?

Another suggestion would be to at LEAST pm a mod from this forum to help you look into it or suggest possible steps.

Of course those guys are all pretty unreliable so that may not help much.

He's from the UK. Has amazing stats and logs 3000 hands a day. He had a large roll and traveled for a year so is in rebuilding mode right now.

A few things on the deal:
I have the same deals with all my players.
We split the rakeback 50 50 and the deal is 99% of the time 50 50 on winnings.

Facts on the deal:
1. Spackers did not pay me my portion of the rakeback for the two months we did this deal.
2. He did not pay me for October winnings.
3. I advanced him cash twice that I did not get paid back at any time.
4. He told me that he wanted out of the deal in October and I told him we had another month left and then he agreed to play.
5. I own the skin so my IT worker pointed out yesterday he withdrew the entire roll last week and we just picked up on it.

I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else

Wow. This is a bit of a shock since i have spoken to spackers on Betfair tables for 3yrs+. I dont have him on msn but some of my friends do. I will have an ask and see what they say.

I have him on msn and he hasn't logged in for about 2 weeks on my account..... he most likely blocked me

Depends on quite a few factors. Generally we will try to get as much information as possible from the staker and then try to contact the stakee asking for their reply. We go from there, and will be in contact with the person who is owed money as we go thru it.

I'll be looking into this more Wednesday late afternoon/evening US time. If nevs wants to wrap it in a PM and send it to my inbox so I remember to do that it would be a good start.

well u seem very dumb to advance him money, not take action sooner when he doesn't pay, and you own the site but didn't stop him from cashing out your money.
