Hi, i have been playing as a professional PLO-player for 4 years. Last year mostly on the 5 10 & 10 20 levels.

I am now looking to stake some microstakes/smallstakes PLO players that are interested in getting staked and coached by me.


I will take 60/40 profits.
The normal 50/50 stake will not apply because of the coaching involved. I will actively coach you a MINIMUM of 4 times a month. I rail you and review your sessions in PTO and/or video reviews. For a year i have been running a swedish study group of 10 people at pokerforum.nu and i might bring up your game there for discussion. While you are my student (and even after), you will be free to PM me or email me at anytime to ask questions about anything. We wont decide on a minimum of hands or a specific date if you dont wish. The only thing is that you cant quit right after you reach the next level.

I think and hope i can improve your winrate and help you play at a higher level.
The goal is (if we work together for 100k hands) a 3-4BB/100 higher winrate on PLO200(starting at PLO50) or PLO400(starting at PLO100). And similar starting on PLO200 or other stakes.
If you today beat PLO50 at a winrate of say 5BB/100 then the goal will be to beat PLO200 at 8-9BB/100. Or you beat PLO100 at 12BB/100 then the goal will be to beat PLO400 at 15-16BB/100. If you can keep this winrate on these stakes over the last 15k hands i will only take 40% of the profits for these hands.


I'd prefer that

• you can play atleast 15k hands each month.
• your goals are long term and so are your BR mangement.
• you have at least 100 solid posts and >6 months at 2p2.
• your able to competently play at least 3 tables at once at your current level

Ideally I'd like to have you nearly rolled for what you are looking to be staked for, and I will provide staking/coaching to get you beating that limit and hopefully keep moving up.

If your references or history as a poster are superb i might provide you with 10 BIs or we contribute 10 BIs each. Otherwise I am going to cover your losses instead of sending an amount up front. This way I can accurately keep track of how much you are losing and try to find reasons as to why you are losing (be it natural variance, leaks, etc.)

After each week we split the profit 60/40 and you provide me with a screenshot of the sessions.

Are you showing a healthy profit the rakeback and bonuses will be yours to 100% but if you lose it will be included in the staking amount.

You WILL have a 5-buyin/day stop-loss no matter what. This is non-negotiable and I will check on it on a regular basis based on your account balance.

Depending on the deal, your references etc. i might want your account ID and PW throughout the length of the stake - both to make sure that you are following the guidelines, and so that I will be assured to have your correct personal information.


Write me a PM including as much as possible of the following:

1. Introduce yourself. Tell me what you do, why you play poker, what you enjoy most about poker, how long you have been playing and how much longer you plan to continue, and a brief history of your career up to this point.
   
2. Tell me why you think you would be a good student and/or a good fit for this coach/stake-deal.
   
3. Post what stakes you play and what limit you are looking to get staked for.
   
4. Post your PT stats and FTP or Pokerstars screenname(s) and also a screenshot of session notes so I can see your mt ratio.
   
5. Post references from 2p2 or pokerforum.nu. They must be willing to speak for you as I will approach them.

This was just before i went for a long vacation, havent really been grinding since.

Do you offer just coaching? I don't really need or want to be staked, but I definitely want some PLO coaching.

Well, I could be interested in doing this but I'm not really comfortable providing someone with my username/password to my poker accounts. Also, how long would the profit sharing go on for? What is the minimum number of weeks of coaching you require and what is the max number of times per month that you will coach?

Yes i do. A 50/50 deal for most players.

The profit sharing go on for the length of the coaching or if you want to change to an hourly rate later on we can definitely discuss that. We can also discuss the X%/Y% deal, especially if you play at higher limits and have greater profit.

Im not comfortable, if you dont wish, to charge an hourly rate from the beginning because my experience as a coach is very limited, if you dont count the study group.
Still the minimum number of weeks have to be somewhere around 10, i think. We can discuss this tho and the higher you play the more likely i am to accept a lower minimum.
The reasons for >10 weeks is that i will have to work most in the beginning, variance, and the profit for us both will double when you play on the next level.
But ofc if we dont work good together and the profit stays the same over time we can end it earlier.
The maximum number of times per month i will coach depends on so many things that its almost impossible to answer. How well i run, number of students, health, weather, possible profit, how much i like you etc
10-20(20 absolute maximum, probably extremely unlikely) hours maybe, including the time reviewing your sessions etc.

Doesnt really matter where they play.
If i prefer some sites, its FTP/Stars.
They definitely dont need to have euro-site access but if they do and want to play there its no problem in most cases.
Except Stars and some FTP, I have last-year-experience on Microgaming, Ongame, Crypto, Ipoker, Partypoker.
