I don't think he was banned from the FT forum for any scams, but for just being a tool quite regularly. I checked the closed transactions section and there was nothing there referencing any scams.

As far as a hit and runner, absolutely.

Actually, this is an easy one as neither LostOstrich nor garfunkel have Marketplace Approval currently. I've posted a note in each of their profiles, and if they hope to get Marketplace Approval, they'll have some explaining to do if they ever apply. From what I've seen here, I don't imagine they'd get approved, but that'll be between them and the mods if they choose to go that route.

I'll clean this thread up in the next couple of days.
