The same sort of scam for the WCOOP events recently was pulled by Young Money on Chipmeup.com. There's a small thread about it, but his account was banned after news came about that he had a private backer for all his future action and refunds had not appeared following his cancelled events.

His room mate CBlick11 also known as Ele11ven is also banned for none playing of events.

why the **** did this guy send me and dozens of others back our money? i'm completely baffled here, honestly. fwiw pokerstars says they're looking into it while ftp refuses to intervene.

there's much stronger immediate evidence he solicited under multiple accounts at full tilt- two of which played same ftops events- as opposed to stars.

bare- there's little that makes sense about any of this other than him not giving a ****, which seems crystal clear.

Of course FT refuses to do anything. When have they EVER done anything except collect rake? Seriously though, FT doesn't care....PERIOD. They made their money & they're happy. End of story.

both of whom have been scammers.

Seems pretty clear that they've been sharing accounts since they have arbitrary scamming/bannings from previous forums (such as parttimepoker and the full tilt pokerforums) and they have their FTP/Stars SNs crossed at various times, both of them using the same AIM, etc.

He just keeps repeating the same lies over and over. He's known about this for nearly a month since acknowledging the issue, more than 3 weeks before he was banned, and never did a thing about it. The cavalier "nothing I can do about it now" attitude is exactly what I would expect out of a thief.

Also- Nick Dahlhoff , what did Jesse Vilchez say to you when you brought all of this to his attention last weekend?


edit: the link is probably out of date now- but the point is he knew exactly who made the claim and what he needed to do about it. like any good scam artist he decided to play dumb instead over and over.

First of all, I need to make it clear that this is Jesse Vilchez. I created this account for nothing other than to contact the gentleman who I owe, and to pay them. I am not here to make more excuses, my actions speak for themselves. It is obvious that the way I went about dealing with this situation, which was to not deal with it at all, has both ruined my reputation in the community, and stamped me as a liar and a thief, rightfully so. I do not feel as though there is anything left for explanation, I will live with the consequences as a result of my juvenile decisions. I am doing this for nothing other than to give myself my best shot at a succesfull poker career, nor do I expect an opportunity to salvage all that I have lost from this situation. What is done is done, and I can only hope to have learned from this situation. I offer my sincere apology to those I decieved, and to my good friend Justin (caddymix024), who was brought into my mess. If there is anything I can do personally to better the chances of caddymix024's account being reinstated, I will promptly do so.

All that is left now is to confirm the names of the gentleman I owe, and the amount that is owed. To my knowledge Aguskb and Tsss(s) are the only remaining individuals that are owed.
