YM/Jvilchez sold shares to ftops 2.5k and wcoop ME a month or two ago when the ftops was going on

he "forgot" about the old thread when wcoop came around and made a new thread to sell action on wcoop me that he already sold shares for

then in the new thread after he sold action said he has a new backer and cannot sell shares for this (ended up cashing in it too)

he gave refunds back to most (maybe all) of the shareholders in the new thread but didnt acknowledge the old one... and as of now i still have not recieved my 10% investment for wcoop ME and no ones heard from him since

still waiting for my share too .

Same fate for ele11ven and caddymix024. It's a shame; if they really are just a roommate and a friend of YM, respectively, then they have no one to blame but YM for getting them kicked off the site. We gave him a tonne of chances, and both these guys said they talked to him about taking care of business, but he never did.

Unfortunately that's what you get when you post from the same computer as a scammer, vouch for him, etc.

Of course, this is all assuming they are even separate people.

- using the jvilchez13 name it's an easy search to notice he's banned at parttimepoker and was using the profile of his "roommate" ele11ven, to solicit stakes there. It's a while back, but it binds the relationship between the two so closely we cannot undo them once Jesse Vilchez steals Aguskb's and Tssss's money.

He also realizes the laptop scam is going to haunt him so he pays that back.

For those who like jumping in to defend their buddies in spots where it's obvious the buddy is being irresponsible at best... this post is a perfect example of why NOT to.

It's a thread started only 6 days earlier that overlaps the main event. He solicited stakes for the same event in two threads started less than a week apart. Not only a ridiculous way to go about things, but probably instant infractions from now on for anything like that.

- by Thursday afternoon September10, after the Sunday in which he promised people would be paid back he still has money owed to two people- tasty chicken and darkmemoria- which he finally pays. We hope that's the end of the saga.

Indeed Young Money had confirmed funds from both Agus and Tssss in that first thread, and never sent refunds, at which point this original first stake thread goes active.

the rest of the story is pretty straightforward. He never gets in contact and shows no interest in paying off what he owes. He feeds his buddies lies which they then relay to Bobo. Eventually we have to ban all of them.

note this was less than two weeks before he used the turdburglar13 name to solicit in his own threads. why is that significant? because Calm Down Sir and Turdburglar13 both played FTOPS #15 and #20 together, at which point Calm Down Sir stopped playing at FTP completely.

Additionally he used the full tilt poker account ele11ven to solicit stakes at ptp.

He used bulldawg1qb1 at AIM and jvilchez88@hotmail.com for msn messenger as contact info in posts here at 2+2

I know a lot more about this situation than most and would like to get it resolved asap. Who am I? I'm Nick Dahlhoff, from Lansing MI, and play as ndahlhoff10 on stars/ftp. Jesse Vilchez is a friend of mine, along with "Ele11ven" and caddymix024 is my brother. Imo, Jesse is basically a dumbass who didn't take care of things when he should have. I REALLY doubt this was an intentional scam-he's shipped large amounts of money out before, shipped back money to almost everyone, and is such a winning player that it wouldn't make sense to try to scam a few hundred dollars. With that said, IDK what the hell he's been doing that could possibly be taking him this long to have taken care of this issue. The laptop scam, parttimepoker, and any MAing is all new news to me.

The main reason I decided to post is because my brother, caddymix024, got his 2+2 account banned. He's been a legitimate long-time grinder who has been looking to get more active in the 2+2 community and got the banhammer for saying something to the effect of "Jesse's legit and that he was going over there to grind and that he'd try get this sorted out." He did this, or at least tried to get it done. He made Jesse aware of the situation and for whatever reason (can't log-in to 2+2, waiting to get money online, IDK they're all kinda ****ty excuses) he hasn't paid back the people he owes money to. So, caddymix024 got the shaft bc he vouched for a friend (A lot of other players have vouched for Jesse in previous threads). Also, please take a second to look at the OPRs of caddymix024 and jvilchez13. They are clearly two different people without question. I don't understand how caddymix would get banned for vouching for someone who was way more established in the community than himself. He's been trying to get this resolved for awhile, but can't defend himself as he's been banned.

I'm going to be in Chicago for the weekend and will see Jesse while I'm down there. Hopefully, we can get this resolved by the end of the week.

God, I hope this doesn't get me banned too.

Nick- I appreciate the post and there's no reason I can think of it would place your 2+2 account in any jeopardy.

There's a large difference in my eyes- and I think I can speak at least partly for Bobo here- between making a post like you did after the fact saying hey wtf happened here, and taking the steps your brother did.

two important distinctions.
1) Your brother came into the thread in the middle of Jesse doing things incredibly wrong with other people's money and told everyone to basically chill there was no chance Jesse was actually doing anything wrong. That didn't turn out to be true, regardless of whether your brother believed it at the time.

2) and this is perhaps the biggie. He then did it again from the same household and time as Jesse.

Your brother very possibly had good intentions. Or maybe he had no specific good intentions for the community and wanted people to lay off his buddy. Whatever. There's no way we can know what his intentions were because very few things relayed to us by your brother turned out to be true, which could very well be Jesse Vilchez's fault.

This isn't about whether they are distinct people. Vouching for someone while they are asking for money at 2+2 is serious business (we're taking a look at others who also vouched) and we're going to treat it like that when things go wrong. When the accounts actually post from the same household at times we are not going to make every perfect distinction on who did what when the transgressions are as serious as happened in this instance. And let's be clear, this wasn't a case of someone simply forgetting. Jesse Vilchez took every wrong step every chance he got.

The first post by your brother probably would have ended up just being an infraction or warning given how things turned out. But part of the sticky says we won't make distinctions among people posting from the same household when its close.

One large hurdle for your brother was that Jesse Vilchez has actually used the ele11ven full tilt name as his own at parttimepoker. Think about how it looks to us at that point. We have a guy using multiple names at sites and a history of very shady stuff. We have a lowish post account suddenly choosing to jump in saying nothing could possibly be wrong and not having things he relays to us end up being true, and also posting from the same house. It's ridiculous to think that the mods are supposed to try to determine who is a risk and who isn't in that scenario when the known person isn't doing the right thing.

Now- the whole thing would have likely resolved differently had Jesse Vilchez not turned out to be a liar and a thief. But it didn't. And yes, if your brother had good intentions he got absolutely shafted by his friend Jesse- which is on him/them, not us.
Anything less than being incredibly upset at said friend at this point would be an underreation if I was your brother or Jesse's roommate.

That's what vouching is. "hey I put my reputation on the line alongside this guy". If people don't understand that they should stop making offhanded defenses of friends when they don't fully understand what's actually happening.

That said- if this is the wakeup call that gets this all resolved, options can always be revisited. There's no promise of anything specific, and the number of hours involved in this ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SITUATION for the people owed money and mods already is staggering.

Yeah it's what we sign up to do, except it's not.

Pretty sure caddymix got banned because he logged in from the same computer Jesse did while posting that vouch.

Jesse posted on September 3 that he was getting privately staked. It's now October 15. He was banned October 14. Logging into 2p2 wasn't a problem. He's repeatedly dodged the mods attempts to rectify this or provide any kind of explanation for 6 weeks.

I agree with everything and was unaware that they responded from the same computer. Apefish, thanks for the response and I'll be in touch with you in the future. This whole situation is completely ridiculous and so unnecessary (How Jesse handled it, not the mods response). I'm going out for the night, but we will get this situation taken care of very soon. I'm sure it means nothing, but my brother has tried and tried to get this resolved. AIM conversation from earlier today...
