I was trying to build my $5 roll at poker stars up(it was at $85 after crushing the cmpetition,but then a epic 70 buy in bad run knocked roll down to $5.

So I decided to play the 25 cent tourneys,an got it back up to $13.I then decided to take a 1 time holiday shot at the $2 5000 man $5k garanteed,as a reward for playing well a full tilt and for getting my BR back up at Stars.

I have been ITM about !17% and about a 85% ROI on OPR last year,and had cashed a lot of small little cashes,and 3 final table cashes.

So good start to this year with this cash.I now have $165 that I built up from $30 at full Tilt, and $450 that I have built up from $15 at Poker Stars.And I havent gone broke or redeposited yet,because of very good bankroll management.

This might sound good an all,but also a good thing about this,is that I am only a Decent above average ok to almost good poker player.And there are some here who are a lot better than me,and some worse.

I just hung in there,and will continue to try and do my best,and not tilt at all,and use good chip stack management and good bankroll management,and outlast the insanely crazy epic bad runs that are sure to come.

Those who ALWAYS try their best to play as skillyfully as they are able to,and try to practice and try get better,and who practice good chip stack management,and good bankroll management,and who swallow pride and drop down stake levels will win out in the long term,even if they get extremely unlucky and lose a lot in the short term,midterm,semi long term.Given enough time these things will win out eventually.

So to those who say the site is rigged,and to those who judge mine and others ability by bad run results,DONT BE RESULTS ORIENTED.

Good pokerplay is good and bad is bad,regardless of what happens.The inherent and intrinsic value of a poker play,on whether its good or not,doesnt change based on results. Calling all in prefop wth 72 type crap is wrong 99.999% of the time no matter what the results of the bad call.

So Mikeal_DH has good times with poker, travelling, he meets people, he is not spending so much money on his hobby as freeroll regular, he has thousands posts and he is popular person. Is better option for him sit at home and look to wall?
