Online I go under the alias mygameispoke. I have been playing mtts for awhile now as well as cash (6max and HU) and I am looking to take mtt's more seriously now as I find I am on the cusp of really excelling at them. My ITM is a solid 15% and I think I am a few flips a way from a major win. However I would be much more comfortable playing these if I had access to a bigger bankroll then my current one, also I would love the opportunity for backing.
I have Table Ninja 2, HEM 2, Notecaddy, fibre op internet, an essential membership at RIO, and also Moormans new book. So I am prepared to take this seriously. Also cash wise I have both Will Tiptons book and the Barewire beginner series. This should demonstrate that I am a serious student of the game.
I am 24 years old and I currently attend university, although volume will not be a problem for me because I handle school effectively so I can grind poker without stress.
I am a 3rd year student honoring in Philosophy and majoring in Psychology. I feel these majors allow me to look at poker from a different aspect then most.
In particular Philosophy deals with complex philosophical problems and analysis and statistics have shown that philosophy majors tend to be at the very top when it comes to graduate school test scores (MCATs, GREs, LSATS). This seems to be due to the critical reasoning skill phil majors usually have. I feel this gives me a big edge because what is poker if it isn't one big interactive test/analysis.
Psychology on the other hand has given me the ability to understand myself and others on a core level thus helping me profile others and stay disciplined myself.

Also I feel it is prudent to add that I literally just made a final table a couple days ago on stars, (finished 5th in a 5$ deepstack and just tonight I finished 14th in the same one).
