I'd agree to these rules:

- The horse or backer can quit the stake at anytime if there is no makeup
- If the horse is in makeup only the backer can quit the stake and takes the loss
- If the horse quits poker while in makeup the backer takes the loss but horse can never play poker again
- If the horse chooses to play poker again backer gets the first right to resume the stake
- If the horse wants to quit the stake while in makeup and wants to continue playing poker they must buyout of the stake
- Profits will be chopped 50/50
- Profits will be chopped immediately after the session the horse is in profit
- The buyout will be 25% of the makeup
- Rakeback will be chopped 50/50 independently from the stake
- Rakeback will be chopped once a week
- Results will be communicated after every session
- If the horse wants to sell action the backer gets the first right
